Welcome to our Three kings drive 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom Park City Condo.

**PROPERTY OVERVIEW**
Possibly the very best Three Kings condo with one of the best locations in Park City. Take a five minute walk to Park City Resort ski lifts, or jump on a bus from the stop a few feet away to Park City Resort or to Deer Valley. Snowshoeing and cross-country skiing available on the Park City golf course across the street. Light and bright end unit, with upstairs loft master king bed and adjacent sauna, entry level bedroom with queen bed, plus a sofa bed in the living room, 2 full bathrooms, and a laundry area.

Enjoy sitting in front of the river rock fireplace in the living room, or the open space from your back deck with BBQ and views overlooking the golf course. Equipped with high speed WiFi and two Roku-enabled TVs for streaming. Beautiful mature trees and well maintained common area. Club House amenities include heated pool, game room, sitting area, hot tub, sauna, changing rooms and showers. Comes with one reserved underground parking slip, one guest parking pass, and bike storage in the garage complex. Master is located in the Loft Room with King Bed (no doors on this loft room, see pics) The second room has queen bed. The living room has sofa with pull-out full bed The unit is fully equipped with towels, linens, cutlery and cooking utensils. You will find everything you need to make this condo your home throughout your stay.

You may wish to bring a car in this location to get to grips with everything the town has to offer, but local transit is also readily available with a bus stop steps away from the property. Deer Valley Resort is within a 10 minute drive.

**GETTING AROUND**
You won't need a car to get around. It's 0.2 mile walk to the Silver Star Lift on Park City Resort. We're also located on the free bus route that will take you anywhere you need to go in Park City.

First ski trip

Perfect location and wonderful home! Had everything we needed including full size washer and drier. Ideal for our first Park City trip. Could easily walk to Park City resort and quuck drive to all restaurants. We loved it!

Cozy, Quirky spot with everything you need!

We usually go for more modern locations. But we decided to go more for convenience. And we’re really glad that we did. The property really had everything you could want. It was convenient to the slopes, the bus line was right out the door, and the house was well appointed with everything from good Wi-Fi to simple things like plastic wrap and extra paper towels. The house was clean and the bed is very comfortable. We also love the gas fireplace and used it every day. Communication with the property owners with simple with all the information arriving before you ever needed it. I would definitely stay there again.

Great Location for Skiing

We enjoyed our stay in this clean, cozy and convenient condo. Located near the public bus stop, it was easy to get to the base of Park City Mountain Resort and also into town. Nicely equipped kitchen and the sauna was a real treat! We would book this unit again.

Clean but small

Very clean unit. Had everything you need for a stay. Even has a sauna. Pictures are deceiving in the listing. The second BR is very small. It has a queen bed that takes up 90 % of the room. It would be a better idea to have bunk beds in our opinion. The master BR is a loft so privacy is limited. The walk to slopes is 10 to 15 minutes.

Comfortable and close to slopes

We went with our teen son and two of his friends. We gave them the upstairs loft to be able to spread out and we took the front room, which although small, had a comfortable bed and a place to unpack clothes. There was plenty of hot water and blankets. The rec center across the street is nice as we were able to shower and change on our last day for our late flight and still check out at 10 am- which seemed early until you realize that you are definitely going to be on the slopes again if you can! The mountain itself is amazing- the options of runs, the friendliness of the staff, the snow conditions- you can’t beat it I think. I preferred it over Whistler for sure. We had a couple of hiccups- but the hosts were very responsive. Definitely make reservations in advance for dinners out as you can’t really get in anywhere good without them. The apres ski at Park City was fun though even with a musician outside. The one thing is, this is not really ski in/ski out. It is a short walk- maybe 7 minutes to the lift- there are no sidewalks uncovered so you are on a residential road. There are shuttles, or you can park at the resort, it is easy to make a reservation for parking in advance if you have 4 or more in your party it is free! This helped rather than shuttling gear- but they have day lockers, bag check and overnight ski valet- really they have thought of everything. We had a great stay and would highly recommend.

Quiet stay and great location

Beautiful but small condo located just 100 feet from free bus shuttle to downtown Park City. Well stocked and comfy. Hosts were quick to respond. Definitely a good experience and would highly recommend

Great stay in a super clean condo near a lift in Park City. Note the lift that you’re close to - 10 minute walk- is not the base of park city but rather a separate lift with a great shin shop and restaurant.

Favorite winter/summer location

Three Kings is the perfect location for either a winter or summer stay in Park City. This unit was spacious and perfect for our stay. Unfortunately there was a heatwave during our stay and the AC could not keep up so the condo did get very warm. However, these condos were not built for heat but snow/cold so really was not an issue. We would gladly stay again at this unit.

Family ski trip

The location is fantastic for skiing as you can easily walk back and forth the the base of Park City Mountain. The check in and check out were extremely easy. We had one issue only with not being able to find a remote for the bedroom TV and they were very responsive bringing a roku even though that seemed to not work either . We didn’t let them know as we really didn’t need to watch tv in there . It is a cozy condo with tons of things stocked in the kitchen . Close enough to walk to fresh market and Walgreens if needed. Would definitely recommend!

Perfect for skiing

We had a great stay. We've stayed in a different unit in Three Kings in the past so we were familiar with it. Super convenient for skiing, 5 minute walk to the lift. The unit is on the small side but was perfect for our family and had everything that we needed. The property management was fantastic. They provided a humidifier for us upon request which was very much appreciated.
