This stunning home - nicknamed 'Sterling Summit' - is located right on the top of Deer Valley Resort allowing for easy access to the Success run to start each day. After you're through with your day on the mountain you can return to your own private lodge with designer touches and a perfectly cozy mountain feel. With some of the most amazing views in Deer Valley and top of the line amenities this home is sure to please!

This private ski chalet has all the conveniences of home included with an incredible location and fantastic panoramic views. It is a very spacious, open home (approximately 5000 square feet) and is situated on a 3 level floor plan. You enter the home from the lower level where you will find the 2 car garage, family room, ski prep room, laundry room as well as the fourth and fifth bedrooms. Just up the first flight of steps on the main level is the great room, dining room, kitchen, master suite, and an additional king bedroom. The hot tub deck with gas bbq and outdoor seating is also located on the main level. On the upper level is the Junior master suite with king bed and full bathroom attached.

Great Room: High vaulted ceiling, large pane windows that open up to the beautiful mountain view, comfy leather couches with plenty of seating, gas burning fireplace and 42" HDTV, DVD, Stereo.

Family Room: A cozy log cabin feel with a queen size sofa sleeper , a 32" TV and a card table. There is plenty of room for everyone to relax in this space. Located on the lower level.

Kitchen: Hard wood flooring surrounds this well appointed kitchen area that is fully equipped for cooking home meals. With granite counters and top of the line appliances this kitchen is set up for preparing gourmet, home cooked meals. Counter/bar separates the kitchen space from the dining room.

Dining Room: Seating at the dining table for 8, with barstool seating for 4 at the kitchen counter.

Bedrooms:
Master – King bed, wall mounted HDTV, walk in closet, adjoining full bath, with French doors that open to the mountain views and a gas burning fireplace (located on main floor).
Second (Junior Master)– King bed, adjoining full bathroom, HDTV (located on upper floor).
Third (Junior Master) – King bed, adjoining bathroom, HDTV (located on main floor).
Fourth (Junior Master)- King Bed, adjoining full bath, HDTV. (located on lower level).
Fifth – Bunk beds with a double on the bottom and twin on the top, adjoining bathroom (located on lower level).

Hot Tub: 8 person hot tub is located on the deck just off of the dining room area with beautiful mountain views in every direction.

Laundry Room: Washer and dryer in laundry room on lower level.

Garage: Private, attached 2 car garage. 4 wheel drive vehicle recommended.

Ski Access: Ski out via the 'Silver Lake Access Trail' that is about 100 yards from the driveway. Ski back using the 'Double Eagle Ski Access Trail' then walk about 300 yards back to the house (all ski-in/ski-out access trails are conditions permitting).

Distance to Deer Valley Resort:  Ski-in/Ski-out via nearby trail (about 2 minutes to walk to ski out). Ski back to the property via the Double Eagle access trail and walk back to the home along Sterling Drive (about 4 minutes to walk) or take an easy 7 minute walk to Silverlake Village.
Distance to Park City Mountain Resort: 4 miles.
Distance to Main Street: 3 miles.
Distance to Free Bus: 200 yards to bus stop on Royal Street.

The best equipped kitchen we’ve ever had at a rental, pots and pans were very high quality. Amazing house overall, tons of space for our adult trip with 4 couples. Would not totally agree with “ski in ski out” in the traditional sense. More walking than a total ski in ski out property but was nothing major. The trails to get in and out were an icy and tough for our beginner skiers in the group. Overall not a big deal, the ski valet at the silver lake base is also just an 8 minute walk if not using the access trails. Would rent again

Good Deer Valley Location, Poor Management

Well located Deer Valley home for a group of 5 friends. The house is a 3 minute walk to a ski in path and a 7 minute walk to ski out. Large hot tub on deck. The house is dated in we had some troubles with the main stove. After a many attempts we finally got one burner working. We tried to reach the property manager with no success. We had a similar attempts to reach the property manager on some question for check out but neither calls nor messages thru the VRBO app were returned. It was frustrating to pay sooooo much for a house without anyone there to help. We would not choose to rent here again. For the rate, we would expect a well functioning home and a manager who is able to answer questions.

I would add that there's no customer service whatsoever. It's an easy short walk to the private trail to get to the ski run which we used all week. Everything was in working order.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house had many maintenance issues when we arrived. The stove wasn't fully working, cabinets were broken, the dishwasher wouldn't run, and the driveway had not been plowed, making it impossible for cars to get up. Property management was responsive, but all of these problems required multiple phone calls and hours of my trip spent dealing with them. The location is great. <10 min walk to Silverlake lodge.

Had all necessary supplies. Preventative management was lacking, with non-functioning garage remote, many light bulbs not working, master bath fan not working, towel racks not intact in walls, ice machine in freezer not working with bin gone, water filter in refrig needing replacement, corroded and moldy humidifier sitting in kitchen. We contacted management Friday morning as to issues and were told they would help with at least the non-working remote for garage that same day or Saturday. No one ever contacted us or replaced. We left Monday and reported this again with list of issues to office staff upon leaving and received a “Sorry about that”. We enjoyed our stay, but not sure management is up to par.

Besides how spacious we found the home.. .it was also so convenient. Just a couple blocks to the base of Deer Valley and a few minute ride to PC downtown.

Gorgeous Home!

This gorgeous home is so convenient and wonderfully set up for your time in Deer Valley! I would recommend a 4WD SUV for the driveway during winter, but certainly not a complaint! Just a helpful tip! I highly recommend this beautiful home!

Lovely house in Deer Valley

The house was big, comfortable and nicely decorated. There was plenty of room for two families to share the house and to have enough privacy for all. We had a few issues with the heating system (too hot in some bedrooms and too cool in others) and with some noise from the hot tub, and one or two other minor items, but the management office was super responsive to any of our issues. They sent maintenance over to address the problems and all of them were resolved. We were very happy with our stay!

More beautiful than pictured!

This was a wonderful property, beautifully decorated inside with great amenities and a fully stocked kitchen in terms of flatware and equipment, which really helped as we cooked almost daily for a large group. The beds were large and super comfortable, and daily cleaning was great. The managers (Alpine Ski properties) were also super helpful and responsive. We really couldn't ask for more.
