A true mountain masterpiece in the heart of historic downtown Park City, the Deer Valley Luxury Urban Lofts 03 is a super luxury ski residence just a block off historic Main Street on the lower section of Deer Valley Drive, with a short and easy walk to skiing, restaurants, shopping, nightlife, and Sundance festivities.

This mountain modern masterpiece offers luxury lodging accommodations, state of the art technologies, a diverse bedding configuration for various group types, a roof top hot tub, radiant heated outdoor spaces and multiple entertaining areas for families and corporate stays.

The luxury ski residence enjoys each bedroom ensuite having its own level in the home for privacy and convenience of multiple demographics of travel groups. Each bedroom suite also offers individual stackable washer and dryer sets for guest use, beautifully appointed ensuite baths and great views of quintessential downtown Park City.

The Luxury Urban Loft 03 offers a King master suite, a second King suite, and third suite with 4 Twin beds suspended over 2 Queen beds, sleeping 8 total in this suite. The lower level living area also offers a Queen sleep sofa.

Beautiful house, very conveniently located to Deer Valley and Park City Resorts!

We had a wonderful time in this very comfortable, modern, well appointed house. The layout was great - esp the cozy living room and big, light-filled kitchen. It’s very close to the bus stops for Deer Valley and Park City skiing!

everything was great except no WiFi

place was well kept and management was helpful. there was an issue w/ the wifi which lasted our entire stay. I would confirm wifi situation is fixed before booking. cell service also very b ad at property

Awesome place for vacation!

We stayed at the house for a Bachelorette party and we couldn’t have picked a better place! The house was very clean when we showed up and through the whole weekend the LQAM team was very helpful. I would highly recommend anyone visiting Park City to stay here. Location is unbeatable, only a 7 min walk to Main Street and about 15 minutes to the base of Deer Valley.

We had a 11 person group. The house was perfectly sized to fit us all. It was a short walk to downtown park city and we really enjoyed our stay! Would certainly recommend this house and park city for a group of friends. Lots of fun!

Park city ski trip

We enjoyed our recent visit to this property, location was fantastic walking distance to downtown Park City. Everything was pretty much as advertised, nice spacious, modern condo. We had 9 adults in our group with everyone getting a bed (people doubled up in the two king beds). 14 people would be tight but it served our needs. Management and communication with mgm was very good and responsive. My only complaints were the outdoor grill and snow on the roof top deck. It hadn't snowed in PC in weeks but when we arrived 80% of the outdoor deck was covered with 2 feet of frozen snow. Also for an expensive condo the outdoor grill was subpar to say the least, hardy burning well. Management was quick to respond with some snow removal but it was hard to believe there was so much snow up there when it hadn't snowed in weeks. Definitely a cool condo.

Beautiful Park City Loft

We had a great experience! Clean, comfortable loft. The property was beautiful and a quick 15 minute walk to Main Street. Our kids loved it and are already asking to go back. We can’t wait to book again next year! Beds were all comfortable and the hot tub was a great addition.

Perfect for groups!

We stayed here for a bachelorette party and had a great time! It was easy to check-in and everything was clean. The property was perfect for our group. It is very close to the downtown area and there is also a bus stop right outside. I would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful Property

Excellent location, luxury finishes, and incredibly comfortable beds. This was the perfect place for our group of 8 skiers, with an easy walk to town lift as well as Main Street restaurants.
