Awesome Place for Park City

This place was awesome! Very thankful for our opportunity to stay here. The house is about 2 blocks from Town Lift, Rentals, and plenty of Bars/Restaurants. The place is well equipped and truly a vacation home, not an investment property full of cheap stuff. The owner and management company are both quick to respond and very nice. We had no issues at all, but feel if there ever was one it would remedied quickly. Everyone in our party complimented the house often. It's absolutely an 8 star property on a 5 star scale. We would be thrilled for the opportunity to come back!

Perfect for us.

Great find for our family gathering and in a perfect location. Everything we needed and comfortable with plenty of amenities. The heated garage setup was a wonderful transition area for being able to transition in/out of ski gear. Easy walk to Town Lift and Main St for shops/restaurants. Would stay here again.

Family spring break skiing vacation

We had a group of seven which included our five children ages 14-25. The house was perfect for our group and the 3.5 bathrooms was a huge bonus. We rented our ski equipment from Town Lift rentals and it worked out perfect. The house was an easy 5-10 minute walk to the lift, picked up our skis and hit the slopes. The hot tub was just out the back door and we used it each night. We ate at the house all but one night, but there were plenty of good restaurants on Main Street. Kim was easy to work with and good communication throughout the process. We would definitely stay again.

Town lift and the downtown is a short walk; even shorter than what it looks like on Google maps. Place is dated, but clean, plenty of room and a nice hot tub. The garage setup is ideal as a mudroom. Would definitely return. Kim is a fantastic communicator.

Park City Ski Trip

Great accommodations and great location. It was a short walk to get on the downtown lift which was super convenient. Downtown is also a very short walk. We didn't need to use our vehicle much once we got there and got groceries as skiing, shopping and restaurants were all right there

Great location for ski trip

This is a perfect property for a snow skiing family getaway. The bedrooms were spread out so everyone could get their space after a tired day. We were close to restaurants and the town lift was walkable. The owner is very nice and accommodating and we would love to go back

Great Location!

It was nice having a private hot tub, a wood burning fireplace, gas grill, and stove to prepare meals on. It was wonderful that each bedroom had its own bathroom. Having a washer and dryer while on a ski vacation is a HUGE bonus! The owner, Kim, was easy to work with. The location is amazing!

Great location and comfortable

We stayed here for 5 nights over President’s weekend. House had all the conveniences of home; well stocked kitchen, comfy beds, internet, hot tub. Sofa in garage for taking off ski boots and ski rack very convenient. Walk to town lift was a bit uphill but very doable and convenient. House was clean and well maintained. Only drawback was 4th bedroom was not private as you walked into it from garage . This was not spelled out online. Teenager slept here so they did not mind, but an adult might. Would stay here again.

Great family getaway.

Location was great!!! It really is close to downtown and the town lift. Hot tub was ready to go after a full day on the slopes. Kitchen was very well stocked, so it made it easy to eat most meals in. Very much enjoyed our stay. Thanks!!!

Perfect location and space

We had a family of 6 staying in the house. The location was perfect... short walk to town lift and Main Street. The house was spacious and cozy. The kids loved the hot tub and there were plenty of towels, bedding and kitchen supplies. Overall we were thrilled and hope to be able to return one day.
