Walk to Ski Lifts at Park City Mountain - Relaxing and Comfortable Condo

Just steps from the First Time lift at Park City Mountain this updated condo sleeps 8 and offers everything you need for an active Park City vacation. Hop on the free town shuttle to access Main Street and Deer Valley Resort.

This one bedroom plus loft condo features a full-size bunk bed with twin trundle in the main floor bedroom, and a full bath. In the loft there is a king bed and twin bed, and a bath.

Enjoy gorgeous views of the mountain from the comfortable seating in the living room. With a cozy fire in the wood burning fireplace you can curl up with a book or watch TV or surf the free wireless internet. The full kitchen with counter seating for 4 is perfect for cooking a hearty breakfast before heading out on an adventure. Grill dinner on the deck as you take in the alpen glow sunset.

The complex features a laundry facility. Moderate rating.

Comfortable property if a bit dated. This was more than made up by a very helpful host that went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable in the face of issues. The property's heat stopped working unexpectedly. When the host realized this would take long to repair, they quickly moved us to another available unit and were extremely helpful during the entire process.

Great spot close to lifts!

My group and I loved this condo! There were plenty of beds and everything was clean and well-maintained. The bathrooms had plenty of towels which was a huge plus. But the best part, by far, was how close to the lifts this condo is! A mere 200-300 steps and you’re on the Eagle/First Time/3 Kings lifts. Overall great stay!

Great place!

Very comfortable stay with lots of beds for our family of 5 (plus grandma). Convenient access to the mountain, short walk to Fresh Market and/or to town. Would definitely stay here again!

Lovely stay near the slopes

We stayed a week in the Snowcrest property, which is across the street from the parking lot. Super easy access to the lifts via the bus stop on Empire. We even walked up and back several times after renting a locker at the lodge where we could store ski equipment. The condo was warm and spacious and the five of us did not feel cramped. The kitchen is a bit small and lacks a dishwasher, but we still made all breakfasts in house as well as several dinners. The condo is walkable to several nice restaurants. We enjoyed the view of the slopes and snow-covered golf course. Very convenient for a ski vacation.

Fantastic location and value

The condo was as advertised. Great view of the mountain. Short and easy walk across the parking lot to the ski lift. Within walking distance to Fresh Market, Starbucks, and a convenience store. Downtown Park City is about 1 mile. Note that the unit is on the third floor and there isn’t an elevator. Parking can be tight at times as well. I would definitely rent this unit again in the future.

Great property with a wood burning fire place! Only negative was the walk to the lift with ski boots but it was manageable!! Overall would go back again!

Great Location and Great Value

A nice condo with everything you need for a great stay in park city. Enough space for our group to spread out and relax after a day on the slopes. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen had the necessities for preparing meals. Short walk to the Park City Mountain lifts and easy nice walk to downtown area. Would stay again in the future.

Convenience to the lifts

Easy walk to the Crescent lift made for a great trip. No waiting for busses made it feel like ski in/ski out. Housing was what was advertised. Our trip of 4 adults were comfortable and could have held a couple more.

Great location and floor plan setup!

We really liked the close proximity to the slopes- it was just a walk across the parking lot to Park City ski village. It was a long but easy walk to downtown, and a short drive to the grocery. It was less than 20 mins to canyons and Woodward. The bedrooms were very comfortable, fireplace and kitchen were great. All guests should know that this is four flights of stairs to the door, which was tough to bring up suitcases, groceries and gear. We are in good shape so it was fine, but others might want to be prepared. A really great spot overall!

Outdated condo.

Never slept a wink with old mattress, lumpy, creeky and noisy neighbors. Outdated finishes and a third floor location with no elevator made this a challenge location coming and going with luggage and ski equipment.
