No problems with staff. Hotel and rooms were somewhat run down and not very clean. Smoke alarm in our room was hanging off the wall. Had to go pick up clean towels our second night and was told most of the cleaning staff did not show up. They did offer a nice breakfast.

It was normal for the price Desk manager was super nice. ROOM was not cleaned had to get another room. Guessing not enough help as he said that there were 5 room he had to replace for other customers.

Rooms need to be updated

Paint was peeling off, the rooms were small, it had an “old” smell, the bathroom was not cleaned good meaning the toilet was still dirty. The bath tub looked like it was never scrubbed or cleaned or hasn’t been in a long time.
The pool was okay.
The breakfast was not that good because the biscuits were rock hard. The sausage was hard.
I wouldn’t want my family staying here again. Great friendly staff but the rooms do need to be cleaned better and maybe updated.

Room bathroom ceiling was falling. My wife was in the shower and had a piece hit her in head. Walls were starting to show mold.
