This hotel is under the Novotel chain. Check in was at Novotel Parma Centro which is 300m from Parma Station. After getting the keys from there, we walked about 800m to the high-end shopping area Cavour where the Residenze Cavour is located smacked in the midst of the high-end shopping area, above Zara.
It comes with a living room with 1 single bed and 1 single sofa bed, bedroom with a double bed, and a huge dining room equipped with full sets of crockeries, cutleries, and kitchen appliances.
Very spacious room. We just wanted to stay longer in the room and sacrifice going out for sight seeing!

Posted Jul. 14, 2022 on HotelsHorrible, the front desk is literally in another hotel. So after walking from the train station to the hotel I had to walk back towards the station to check myself in. Get the room the AC doesn’t work I tried calling front desk no answer at all after 8 or 9 attempts i gave up. I wasn’t walking back I checked out following morning this place is trash don’t recommend

Check In As Late As You Like
Posted Oct. 19, 2021 on HotelsIt is in a great location. I have used it before. It was spotlessly clean. I really liked the fact that, as it connected to Novotel, there is a 24 hour reception which is grest when you have a "stupid o' clock" arrival at Bologna airport.

Tired and run down room
Posted Sep. 7, 2019 on HotelsAn apartment badly in need of renovation, holes on the curtains. Thin and frayed towels.
We rented an apartment rather than a hotel to arrange our own breakfast,make drinks etc but the note said that we could use the room but by using the kitchen we would need to pay an additional 20 euros, ridiculous.

In the apartment there are some signs of time, but everything is perfectly clean and usable.
The kitchen extra fee is clearly written during the booking phase.

It was apartment . Literally I felt bed bag crawling on me. It was most unpleasant stay of my life. I slept on blue couch because the bed was hard , uncomfortable n lift it up bed baggage nesting over there . The walk to hotel novel was horrible , didn’t provide shuttle . The space was big but I will never stay. Their have hidden fees as well.

Dear Peggy,
We are confused by your review: Cavour is obviously an apartment since the word "Residence" means a hotel consisting of small furnished apartments equipped with kitchen equipment.
Cavour Residence is less than 50 mt from the main city square, therefore it is obviously situated in a limited traffic zone in which unauthorized cars cannot enter (as in every city centre) and it is clearly specified during the booking phase.
We would also like to understand what are the "hidden fees".

Outstanding location
Posted Aug. 20, 2019 on HotelsReally nice apartment hotel setting, and you can't beat the location. It's right at the historic center. The only drawback is that cars don't have access to this area and you have to walk from Novotel to Residenza Cavour, which is not an issue if you're traveling light, but with children and luggage is not fun.
