Host difficult. Complicated to access property. Long time for host to respond my questions, if any response. I had to park somewhere else and pay. Description inaccurate of services. No wifi at all. Host didn’t care. Old, warned out building. There were only signs of host not caring at all. Worst stay in my 30 days vacation.

We enjoyed a pleasant one night stay here. The apartment was spacious for my family of 5. It also had a modern kitchen which enable us to make dinner and breakfast. We did encounter a problem with our bedroom door not opening. We called our host and he came to the apartment at a late hour to help us get the door open. We were very happy with the location as there were many nearby restaurants and a Lidl which we were able to walk to.

Struttura carina parcheggio interno unica pecca il bagno non in stanza .Per usufruire del bagno bisogna uscire dalla camera e con la rua chiavevapri il tuo bagno . Nella mia ricerca lo avevo messo come filtro importante .In camera nessuno specchio e la televisione non gunzionava .

L'appartement est grand et propre, situé à 35 minutes à pied du centre de Parme, et proposant une place de parking privée ... ce serait parfait s'il n'y avait pas quelques couacs : - Pas de communication avant l'arrivée que j'avais pourtant annoncée une heure plus tôt. - 40 minutes d'attente avant de récupérer l'appartement qui n'était pas prêt - Un micro-ondes avec des résidus de la dernière utilisation - Un équipement un peu minimaliste pour un séjour de 4 nuits. Bonne réctivité de l'hôte pendant notre séjour.

La struttura si presenta accogliente e pulita. L'unica pecca è il bagno privato fuori dalla propria camera che per accedervi, bisogna percorrere il corridoio comune e personalmente non lo trovo comodo. Inoltre, le cialde del caffè e i saponi non sono stati sufficienti in base ai giorni di soggiorno. Per il resto, nulla da obiettare.
