I was shocked when I arrived , they don’t have a porter service I had to carry my luggage’s bury my self with out any hep and I have a back problem i was lucky everything went well Tv was so small but ok Good breakfast Clean room

Not the best one

Unfortunately, this was one of the least recommended hotels I have ever stayed in. The staff was unpleasant, unhelpful, and even confrontational. The rooms are very basic, and the mattresses are terrible. To make things worse, my wife got stuck in the bathroom for nearly twenty minutes with no way to get out (luckily she had her phone with her). Overall, a very disappointing experience. Definitely not a place I would return to or recommend.

It was a convenient location for shopping at the Parndorf outlets. The lobby was spacious. The staff were pleasant and professional. The hotel was standard, nothing particularly impressive. Not exactly 4 star quality. The hallways looked very shabby and run down. We were rather disappointed with this hotel. The air-conditioning in our room was not working properly. Needless to say, we were upset with this situation. We informed reception after patiently waiting for the room to cool off. It was late in the evening when someone from reception arrived. She pressed a few buttons and left informing us that the air-conditioning should work. Unfortunately, to no avail. We were still sweating. At this point it was getting late, we cracked the window open and had an unpleasant stay, as it was too hot to sleep well.

Very good, would repeat

Very good experience, that I would gladly repeat. The bed was nice, the room was spacios and the view was great. The staff was aware of our request and assisted us with a baby crib. The only 2 downsides here are: 1. The baby crib is made with wooden bars between which the baby can put out his hands or feet and can get stuck there. There is no lateral safety in this case. 2. One of the curtains was a bit damaged and it was impossible to fully use the blackout possibility.

If you are going to outlet mall for shopping or to the AAA simulator for training. It’s the perfect place. Staff is courteous and helpful. Specially Parl at the reception. However, getting taxi is an issue. You can’t get uber and local taxi charges you a lot even for small distances.

I don’t recomand

The report quality-price is poor. The location is very bad mantainted, having poor quality. The walls are dirty, the heater not working properly and the tv very small, accompanied by 2 wood pieces. Firstly, the have us a used room and we had to aske to be changed. At the breakfast time most food was entry, taking long to replenish. I requested a glass of water at 10:05 and the waiter was extremely rude, saying it’s closed and afterwards bringing me a tap water.
