I stayed at this hotel along with several other guests as part of my cousin’s wedding party, and unfortunately, the experience was appalling from start to finish. The customer service left much to be desired. One particular staff member was notably passive-aggressive and, frankly, quite rude. The hotel's WiFi was down for the majority of our stay and only started working on the day we checked out. When we raised concerns, we were met with indifferent attitudes and sarcastic responses from the so-called "manager", a completely unacceptable way to handle guest complaints. Cleanliness was another major issue. As shown in the attached photo, I encountered multiple cockroaches both inside and outside my room, which is simply inexcusable for any hotel, let alone one under a major brand. The breakfast provided was well below standard, and the restaurant staff were equally rude and dismissive, adding to the overall poor experience. Having stayed at numerous hotels around the world, this was by far one of the worst experiences I've had. We chose this hotel expecting a certain level of service and quality, and it fell short in every aspect. Honestly, given the circumstances, I believe a full refund would be entirely justified.

Excellent, But…!

Excellent stay! However, the cleaners were excessively loud and talkative at 9:00 AM in the hallway outside my room. Nevertheless, I will definitely stay here again.

We arrived at 12:30am and were given room 522 with a loud rattling noise coming from the a/c ventilation and requested a different room before unpacking, because my wife has trouble sleeping and a quiet room is essential. Front desk immediately took care of it, but put us in room 537, which we found out at early 6 AM was worse than 522 and backed to a section where all a/c condensing units for the property were. Complained the next morning assuming Management would contact us, which never happened. No coffee available in the room, even though a coffee machine was there. Broken Shower Gel holder and bad toilet flush handle, notified to front desk and not fixed in three days. Carpet was dirty and maid left a wet rag on top of the tv room table. Worst experience ever.
