The room was well appointed however the ac/heating control was NOT user friendly. It was either too cold or when I tried to change the temperature of the ac it turned to heat. I ended up with a soar throat and now a cold.

Person at the front desk was very helpful. The manager seemed like he didn’t wanna help as much as he should have when it came to the bathroom faucet, falling off and falling apart I think something should’ve been compensated for that as it was an inconvenience for me to have to move my room While I was getting ready to go to an event because of the bathroom not taken care of.

It was being renovated many features were closed. Front desk accidentally canceled my stay early because the air conditioner stopped working. Very boring I thought it was the other location that actually has a restaurant and bar attached to the hotel felt tricked

Recent renovation is clean and crisp it very boring shades of gray...not particularly attractive. Breakfast was nicely quiet but only light weak coffee and no pancake batter.

I was excited for the breakfast. We came early and the main part of it , which is the waffle area was closed just cause “ they run out of the mix “ . It’s embarrasing. Everyone was trying to make some since it’s the most interesting thing they can offer. Coffee was empty . No white bread. Disappointed at it.

Most important: it was quiet. Halls, guests and housekeepers were quiet -- no yelling or banging of doors. Beds were comfortable. Large TVs, On the negative side, there was often not enough parking for all guests if you arrived back later in the evening. While there was a nice selection of teas in the lobby, along with decaf and regular coffee, the coffee and hot water in the lobby was always tepid, never hot. The urns were either defective or not turned up hot enough.

They are remodeling so many areas were closed. Our room was very nice and clean. The bed was comfortable. We had trouble with the A/C unit.
