Fantastic same-day rate. Room well equipped with microwave, fridge, tv, ironing board, coffee. Located on one of those NJ secondary shopping highways, so plenty of shopping and food choices. It is adjacent to a small airport. I didn't hear any planes after 4PM but in the morning I did.

It was a nightmare to spend two days in this facility. We switch rooms twice but all rooms were filty. Looks pretty much the cleaners only change the bed spread and dont touch nothing else. The were life spider in the bathroom with spider webs everywhere. The bed and all lamps were filty with dust thats looks really disgusted. I wanted to change room for the third time but realised all rooms were they same so there is no point switching rooms. Especially ground floor had really bad/smokey scent in the rooms and hall ways but they denied its non smoking building. I was traveling with family with two kids and this hotel experience was really bad. The funny thing is they aware the rooms were filty bathtub were rusty. I cant speak about other rooms but for sure in room 114 and 211. $300 for two days is not that cheap at least clean the rooms once you are in business. I have being in hamton in for $120 a night and it was really amazing with nice breakfast included. Spend $300 for two days with no breakfast but really poor management.

Sonesta works well for a basic stay. Check in is simple, the incidental deposit is reasonable, the wifi works, the front desk always answers. Maintenance came quickly for the issues we had. Would stay again.

Worst Hotel Ever !!

Disgusting. All around the worst hotel experience of my life. So bad we not only didn’t stay there but I had to file a complaint to get my money refunded. The facility smelled musty, the staff were unprofessional (one was downright rude). We asked to switch our room due to being made to feel uncomfortable by a staff member acting strangely on the 3rd floor. We simply wanted to be closer to the desk floor and where it was less isolated. My daughter felt just as ill at ease due to this man’s behavior. The 2nd room we were assigned after the desk clerk was done taking her sweet time, rolling her eyes and dismissing our concern hadn’t even been cleaned!! We unlocked the door and could clearly see one of the beds was unmade and the room appeared disheveled. Obviously we went back again and so she had to assign us a 3rd room. The 3rd room had the beds made but it was not clean and disgusting. At that point we decided not to stay.

I got in late and discovered that the freezer part of my fridge had so much ice the door to the fridge wouldn’t close. Couldn’t refrigerate some things I was traveling with. Reported it in the AM to be nice and spare the next guest, and got a lecture that I should’ve reported it when I found it. Sorry, it was late, I was tired. Did NOT need a lecture!!!!
