Amazing Villa!

Had the best stay in the Villa with a group of friends. Host was super responsive and showed us everything on check in and was easy to contact throughout the stay. The outdoor seating/bbq area and pool are exactly as the pictures show and was a highlight for us. Getting the ferry over was very easy to do and supermarket has everything you need and closest one is a 5 min drive. Loved every minute would 100% go again.

Wir hatten das große Vergnügen, unseren Urlaub in Ivan und Marinas Ferienhaus zu verbringen, und wir hätten uns keine besseren Gastgeber wünschen können. Von Anfang an haben Sie uns herzlich empfangen und standen jederzeit schnell und hilfsbereit zur Verfügung. Das Haus selbst war wunderschön, sauber und bot unserer Großfamilie reichlich Platz. Es war perfekt ausgestattet und hat alle unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Wir können dieses Ferienhaus nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen und freuen uns schon jetzt auf unseren nächsten Aufenthalt bei Ivan und Marina. Vielen Dank für die wunderbare Zeit

Entspannter Badeurlaub

Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet. Besonders toll sind der Pool und die große überdachte Terrasse. Strand, Strandbar und ein kleiner Lebensmittelladen sind fussläufig erreichbar. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

Super Haus für große Familien

Das Haus von Ivan ist super. Es liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße. Das Haus ist riesengroß, so dass wir mit 13 Personen mehr als ausreichend Platz hatten. Bei der der Außenbereich mit Pool und überdachtem EssBereich ist sehr praktisch. Der Pool wurde jeden zweiten Tag von Ivan sauber gemacht. Das Meer mit dem Strand liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe und kann zu Fuß innerhalb von 5 min erreicht werden. Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt Ivan.

Sehr schöne und ruhige Lage auf der Insel Pazman

Sehr zu empfehlen für eine Großfamilie. Die Lage ist traumhaft und sehr ruhig - außer dem ständigen Zirpen der Insekten. Außenbereich mit großem und sauberen Schwimmingpool, überdachten Grillbereich ist sehr schön und lädt zum Verweilen ein.

Tolles Haus in ländlicher Gegend

Bis auf die letzten 2 Tage, an denen ein übler Geruch eines Misthaufens den Aufenthalt im Freien fast unmöglich machte, ein wirklich toller Urlaub

Vacanze eccezionali nella bella Villa Ivana e nella bella isola di Pasman

Siamo stati a Villa Ivana dal 11 al 25 Agosto e ci siamo trovati davvero bene in questa bella Villa. Siamo una compagnia di 3 famiglie di 16 persone in totale con “bimbi” dal 7 ai 19 anni e Villa Ivana, con il suo patio esterno con barbecue e con la sua bella piscina, è stata davvero molto accogliente. Un ringraziamento particolare a Ivan e Marina, perfetti padroni di casa sempre disponibili a soddisfare ogni necessità.
