RENTERS BEWARE!!!Unfortunately, this property was not as advertised, and our experience was extremely disappointing. Upon arrival, there was a very strong odor of fresh paint in the living room that made it uncomfortable to stay in the home.Each bedroom had someones name on the door (which was super odd in itself) and was secured with its own lock code; however, we were never provided with the codes at check-in, so we could not access the bedrooms. The listing also advertised air conditioning, but we did not see any AC in the main living areas. When I contacted the host, I was told that the air conditioning units were located inside the bedrooms—which, again, we could not access because we had not been given the door codes.The property is also located near a very busy intersection, and the surrounding area was not what we expected based on the listing. No parking nearby. Between the strong paint odor, inability to access the bedrooms, lack of accessible air conditioning, and concerns about the location, we did not feel comfortable staying. We were at the property for less than 30 minutes before leaving and checking into a hotel instead.I contacted the host and requested a refund due to these issues, particularly because of the strong paint fumes and the fact that we were unable to properly access and use the property as advertised. Unfortunately, the refund was denied.I would strongly recommend that future renters ask detailed questions about bedroo
