Great hotel with excellent breakfast. Happy hours and restaurant was great too! Only issue is this hotel is in the heart of Patong and it’s loud at night. We were woken up several times because we could hear loud music coming from the street.

We booked this hotel because of all of the high ratings, but we were a bit disappointed. The staff was friendly, we really enjoyed the breakfast, spa and happy hour deal, but the bathroom needs to be updated. It felt like a basement bathroom and my husband couldn't stand up-right in some areas in it. The A/C and TV both did not work properly. We killed multiple mosquitos in the room and did not want anyone coming in & out of the room to avoid more coming in, but there was no "Do Not Disturb" sign available. We also requested and paid for the front desk to arrange a car service for a ride to the airport since our flight was very early in the morning, but they forgot to arrange it and ended up hailing a taxi for us out front.

Overall the stay was good but it had its fair share of ups and downs. Breakfast needed a bit more variety and the pool was too cold. Other things happened, but honestly maybe they were beyond their control. The service however, was exceptional that is why I felt a 4-star rating was earned. The staff handled my concerns with so much care. The daily treats in the hallway and free mini bar in our room, gave a nice touch.A huge thank you to the team, especially the front desk staff.
