The room, staff, service were all excellent. However the major let down is that there are too many Israelis at the resort. They are very loud, obnoxious and have no manners which ruined some of our stay.

We stayed for 16 days in late December 2025, but the experience fell short of Marriott standards. As Bonvoy members who have stayed at many Marriott properties worldwide, this hotel did not justify its high cost compared to other Phuket resorts. It felt more like a 3-star property—Marriott-branded but at a local standard. Key issues: Multiple requests to change rooms due to noise and food smells were ignored until the last day. Reception staff had limited English and were unresponsive; we had to repeat queries to different people. Breakfast was overcrowded, with limited seating and food options; long waits to be seated. Steakhouse food was poor quality and overly salty; complaints were ignored with no refund. Gym was tiny, like a basic home setup. Strong food smells and noise during prep, especially 5–6 am and 6–7 pm. If you’re comparing prices with other Phuket hotels, this property does not offer the quality expected from Marriott.

Had a few problems. 1- Booked Premier room but it overlooked the car par and Main Road but it was too noisy and they moved us. 2 - Room was not a premier room and looked out on to a hedge/ fence and one bed the mattress was too uncomfortable and worn. 3 -Moved us again to a pool facing room, much quieter. In all the rooms the TV was unwatchable and every few minutes was loosing signal which is unacceptable for a hotel of this class.

We had the all inclusive package and plenty selection of food and drinks. Kid enjoyed the pool fun and spent most of the time there. Location is at Patong Beach with lots of shops and restaurants. Staff are friendly and kind, definitely our choice to go back next visit.

We’ve recently stayed at Courtyard by Marriott in Phuket (Nov/Dec). My husband and I are frequent travellers to Phuket and have stayed in Patong more than 20 times. This hotel has now become my favourite overall. The staff were as welcoming and smiley as you’d expect in Thailand. What stood out however was the immaculate condition and cleanliness of our room and the expanse and cleanliness of the grounds. For a large hotel things never seemed too crowded. A special mention to the nicest breakfast team we’ve come across who recognised us from day 2 and knew our preferences – I’d like to thank Thlnan, Wan & Jaoh for their service at The Phuket Eatery … and the omelettes were superb too. We’ll definitely be back very soon

A lovely oasis in the craziness that is Patong Beach! Staff were excellent and attentive. Great dining options and top entertainment on an evening. Pools were very clean! Just unfortunately we had poor weather. We upgraded our room and had lovely views from the third floor.
