My room was full of mould and smelled a lot. There was water leaking in the bathroom and also outside the window where power lines where almost sitting in water from air conditioners. I also got very sick from the air and now have a virus in my lungs

Aircon doesn’t works, toilet blocked. The owner doesn’t want to change my room and I had to use the toilet at the restaurant down the street. Dodgy Pakistani owner. Rude owner. Never coming back here. Did not refund my money. A complete Rip off

Well they say you get what you pay for and in this case I overpaid. Watch out for the elevator and all the hidden fees they might try to make you pay. Was definitely an experience but it’s doable if you just need a place to sleep but kinda takes away from the vacation having to deal with it.

good location

It is a very nice stay at this property. A good location as it is accessable to all your needs. The room has a nice setup and amenities as expected. Services are all superb with very attentive and warm service from all. I can say that this hotel has the best quality for such a minimal cost that I have come across. A wonderful experience indeed and I highly recommend friends to come.

Room 401 air conditioner is broke. Spits out ice and doesn’t cool the room. If on too long like over night when you are trying to sleep, makes horrible noise

Stay somewhere else if you can there's hundreds of hotels in the Phuket area. It's old and rundown. The bed was hard as a rock and it's a very noisy party Hotel. Unless you want to party all night and sleep all day. Wish I had some photos.

Never again. Joke of a place. Hostel material.

Terrible. Paid for 9 nights, left after 2 nights. Hostel quality advertised as 4 star. NEVER AGAIN. Seriously, do not waste your money. No refunds so lost a good chunk of change walking away from a 9 night booking after 2 nights then having to pay for anothee hotel. English breakfast?? What a joke! Whole place is a joke. Pool is a plunge pool, not big enough to splash around and if there were 5 people in there it'd be crowded. Worst place ever. Location is only positive about this place, but I wouldn't book based on the location. So many better places around.

Worst experience

Ants in the bed, shower drain blocked so bathroom turned into a small pool, staff were just so rude and couldn’t care. I couldn’t even book a mini bus from the girls at front desk. I actually went back to my previous hotel ( Yorkshire) where they were wonderful & helped me. This place is a run down dump and I would not stay here.

We are happy here!!

It just right for everything. Location is in center but you have to walk a lillte inside the alley. That make it quite at night. Hotel is small but staff very helpful. Room are clean and comfort. Just what we paid for. At first, we was worry because of the previous comment but after stayed we think hotel is fine and standard. Don't know why they receive negative comments. For us? We love it!

The most i impressed was the hotel staff, so friendly and very helpful. The hotel itself is located in the center of Patong which are convenience to reach the beach and also the shopping mall.

Do not stay here

This was described as a 4 star hotel. It was nothing more than a dodgy guest house. I also had money stolen from my room by the staff. The room was dirty and the bathroom light didn't work. It was truly a disgusting experience staying here!

There is no pool or free wifi in the rooms

The jotel was ok. But they dont have a swimingpool as its says on hotels.com website. Its just a jacuzzy that nobody uses. The internet in the rooms didnt work. Whe we complained for the pool and the internet you get bad excuses.

great hotel for people on a budget

This hotel is in a great location. Close to everything. Neat clean rooms. The manager is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is good. We booked for 8 nights but only stayed for one. I had my 12 year old grandaughter with me and she really wanted to stay some where that had a big pool. The pool at the Chilli Salza is more like a large spa and under cover. I certainly would recommend this hotel to any one that is looking for a hotel just to sleep at. The value for money is excellent. I would have stayed for the 8 days if I didnt have a child with me.
