4 Bedroom Private BOB Pool Villa Pattaya

Walk along the entrance of the villa and you'll see a swimming pool. Relaxation space on the ground floor is for enjoying Thailand's weather and garden with tropical trees. The villa has a great design with wooden floors and nice decors, amazing pool and outdoor area for hanging out. There are four rooms, privately divided by floor. Each bedroom has a bathroom, one even with outdoor shower, two with a large balcony. If you like the sea, there is a village owned private beach just 1 minute away.

- 5 November, 2019 The house finished renovation of furniture, bed sets, kitchen equipment and even toilet cover in bathroom. Enjoy everything with new condition.

- The house completed pest control through the agency on 5 November, 2019.

- There is a private beach at the end of the village. There is a relaxation place with tables and sea view. Only allowed for village guests and not much people there normally.

- Pool is deep enough for swimming. Stone made bar chair and outdoor shower place is on the pool side.

- There are two outdoor terrace on 2nd and 3rd floor.

- Outdoor shower place is on the top of the villa.

-Please contact to the host if you are not comfortable with comparing prices and buying tickets for shows, landmarks and attractions you want. This is the most frequently asked part of our service. The host does not charge any additional fees for the ticket. Friend of host is work for a company that handles all tickets in Pattaya.

-All the amenities such as water fee, tube, etc. are free to use during the stay, and the price for additional services for guest is reasonable. However, we only accept electricity charges if provided free electricity usage is exceeded. Basically, 50 units are provided for free per night. Only the excess usage will be counted when checkout. Price for extra electricity is 7THB / unit only.
