I booked a King Bed but was given a Hollywood bed. The hotel said it’s similar in size, but it has a gap in the middle which is not the same as a real King Bed. This made my stay uncomfortable — I had back pain and my child could not sleep well.

Lovely suite extension close to the pool but not convenient for the main building that has the gym, reception and eating options. Suite guests have to eat in the hotels detached Italian restaurant and it’s not really suitable for children. You have to pay to use the international restaurant in the hotel for the children’s breakfast. At £660 a night we think it’s robbery, especially when you are talking about a disabled child. Every trip around the hotel required us to book a golf cart ride, these are readily available except around checkout time and the staff are excellent. The suites are spacious and comfortable but once again come short in the en-suite shower as they have no handles or seats for disabled guests.

This is a very special place. Perfect for kids and adults alike. The property is adorned with fragrant trees and gardens and the swimming pool amenities are flawless. The employs a staff that will always go above-and-beyond to ensure your expectations are exceeded. By far, my favorite place in Pattaya. I will always stay here and never want to leave. The breakfast buffet is stunning… But the breakfast option at Prego (property restaurant) is truly unforgettable. Thank you Amari Pattaya.
