Good for the money

Good hotel.. away from Soi Baukow rd about 100 feet so you dont hear the traffic. Big clean room. Get a balcony room. Guest friendly. I will stay again.

Nice quaint guesthouse

PROS: Clean guesthouse, medium rooms have big balcony, daily cleaning will change towels but not sheets until day 3, at night you can bring multiple guests at no charge because no one is at the front desk, off Soi Buakhao and close to many things and baht buses CONS: They don't change sheets each day only every 3 days, wifi signal is ok but not strong, front desk is usually vacant and you may have to call wait to check in, no bottled water provided. 3 floors, stairs only, no lift. I would stay again.

Nice budget hotel, basic with no restaurant for breakfast, but many many close by.

Management and staff were hote.

4 of 4 nights from 6:30pm until 7am, sewer gas filled the room. We had to open the balcony door and run the A/C, but I still got sick. At least 3 nights water would drip on my head, the bed and night stand. Had to ask for soap 2× and no shampoo furnished.
