You should review other options for guests to be able to use the stairs in case of elevator malfunction or fire. I was told the stairs was for employees use only.

Nothing special. Location is quite odd. The hotel lacked hospitality in certain departments. Specifically guest services . the front desk staff did not provide a welcoming, friendly, and attentive service. Unfortunately failing to make us feel comfortable and valued during our stay On a positive note they have a great breakfast offering and felt the service team genuinely cared about their customers . The executive chef was out on the floor assisting the team clearing tables and offering coffee service during peak hours which was nice to see .
