the staff were a little rude, room service team keep staring at us, no greetings, i had order food at the pool bar and and didn't get it for more that 1hour, i had to ask them again and i was told they were busy, breakfast was OK, we ask for water at the pool bar and they sold use the room service water for 80 Thai bat, then they want the bottle back because they need to recycle, the water is 7 bth across at 7 eleven,

My daughter got an electric shock from a faulty pool light. She also slipped over coming out of the lobby toilets after it was mopped by staff, no wet floor signage in sight. We paid extra on the Wotif app to have our 13 year old and 5 year old children sleep in our room, they gave us 2 single beds and refused to give us a rollaway bed unless we paid $70 AUD extra per day X 10 days = $700. The reception claim that Wotif had overcharged us but they didn’t receive the additional funds. Room service is expensive and not tasteless. Buffet breakfast has little western food, you have to order bacon when you arrive for breakfast, poached eggs have a very overpowering vinegar taste. Shower kept clogging up, asked for it to be unclogged then our room smelled of sewerage, we had to then replace all our toothbrushes which were contaminated. Hotel is in a generally run down state compared to our stay there 8 years ago. We will not be returning.
