Our house is locating in Huai Yai in patatya. 10 min to floating market，Phoenix Gold Golf & Country Club,20 min Jomtien beach.

This is a villa with stricted access control. We provided 24 hours customer service on line with English, chinese, and Thia, contact us in anytime !
This villa has 704㎡,6 bed room,living room, 2 balconies,1dining room, kitchen,BBQ area ,game room, and swimming poor with capacity at 17 people at most.

Up stairs with 3 independent guest rooms with bath room and french window.For the need of clean , we have team to maintain the hygiene.

We need 120 min to clean the house , and the checking time would be 3:00.

you can use everything in the houes.
we have oven, microwave,BBq stand .
hair dryer, washing machine,clothe racket,shampoo, body gel , hand wash and laundry detergent.
We also have a mirror for girl to do makeup .
The swimming poor for kids to play.

No smoking in the house.
No ruining the bed sheet in anyway.
No noise after 12 mid night.
