Ideal location great staff

My second time staying at Ploen. Service is excellent maid service is very flexible. Location is ideal 3 minute walk to beach and Terminal 21. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Beach towels available. Only downside is room key is very old school. No key card you have to use the actual key. When you put the do not disturb sign on the door it is hard to lock from inside. Some towels look really worn out.

An Ambience, cleanliness and safe apartment- hotel. Staff members are courteous and friendly especially the reception counter. Quiet location and two huge malls with supermarkets inside are within walking distance in 15 minutes around. Short walking to the Pattaya beach. High cost performance and highly recommend to other travellers as well as solo ones.
