I booked 3 nights here WITH breakfast included. I specifically searched for the hotel with breakfast included option only! Turned out the lady receptionist said that I cannot eat because it's not included?!? I asked if I can pay extra to eat and she still refused! Plus, there is no microwave in the room as well as the lobby! Seriously? No microwave at all? Location is inside a corner with a shady neighbourhood. Totally avoid this place if you can!

Cleaning staff are lazy you pay for daily rate and room is to be cleaned . Staff are lazy and cleaning not good . Hallways are dirty and rooms stuff from other guests in cabinets. Very not a good hotel .

Not nice daytime front reception lady all she like to do is not help customers and put on her make up and do her hair . Allso looking for boyfriends online to date for money . Not interested in helping customers .
