Great location and staff

I have been staying at the See Me Spring for years and have loved the hotel, the staff and the location. This time I went in low season and sent the hotel two emails one in February and one in April asking if there was any chance of a room with a sea view (knowing they would be quiet). I received no response to either message so tried verbally at check in to see if there was anything they could do for me to which I got a straight forward “no”. I asked a couple of days later if they could offer me a deal and was just offered the standard upgrade price of 900tb per day (an extra £20 per night) which put the daily price up to around £60 per day - sorry but you can book a much better hotel in Pattaya for this amount. It’s a real shame but I think my relationship with this hotel may have just run it’s course.

Great location. HUGE ROOM! Sunset views from rooftop pool area are fabulous. slight Downside - I wish rooms had brighter lighting.

This place has seen better days. The lobby was very nice. The room was dated and poorly illuminated. The mattress was cheap and hard as a rock. The sofa in the room was very uncomfortable. The screen on my laptop was larger than the tv in the room.

The hotel is generally ok, good value for the money. Room was pacious with balcon (if u r a smoker). Furnishing is quite modest and could be improved same goes for the toiletries. No special TV channels in the room. Room and bathroom lighting need betterment, I found it difficult to have a shave with inadequate lighting and no magnifying mirror.

I have stayed here several times. And each time it seems to get dirtier and less cared for. The housekeeping staff are useless. They do not clean room, just doing bare minimum—then nap in supply room. I had to wake them up for assistance. I will not be staying here again.
