พอเข้าในห้องพักได้กลิ่นเหม็นอับ ตู้เย็นต้องยื้นมือไปเสียบปลั๊กเอง ห้องน้ำน้ำอุ่นไม่ทำงานจะใช้โทรศัพท์โทรไปถามที่ล๊อปบี้ โทรศัพท์ห้องก็ใช้ไม่ได้ ต้องลงไปถามเอง รอน้ำอุ่นประมาณครึ่งชั่วโมง พอจะนอน น้ำแอร์หยดลงมาลงที่นอนต้องเลื่อนที่นอนออก หยดลงมาเยอะมาก ผ้าห่มมีกลิ่นเหม็นอับมาก
