The pillow was hard. The water for the shower was almost non existent. I would not recommend this place. I booked a superior room with sea view. It was very small.

The electricity to this hotel will frequently be turned off. The air conditioning will turn off if you set it below 78 degrees Fahrenheit. The bedspread and headboard were stained from looked to be by bodily fluid. The staff were extremely friendly but overall the property was extremely ran down. The pictures on Expedia are not accurate of what the hotel actually looks like. For example, the property is not on the beach, it's actually right next to the port and any beach you want to access requires transportation via a motorcycle/scooter or Tuk Tuk. They have taken pictures from resorts that are actually on the beach and posted them to their own website to deceive tourists. After my second night of no electricity and sweating the entire night, I politely asked the staff for an early checkout which they honored then proceeded to inform me I would receive a refund via Expedia for the remaining two nights. This did not occur unfortunately. Needless to say, avoid staying at any hotel or resort on Koh Larn as many of them are completely run down from the high-rate of tourism and the fact that you can be trapped on the island if you do not catch a speedboat or ferry before 5:00 pm.

Sort of hidden away in a quiet back street. Fresh and clean hotel with friendly staff. Lovely large extended outside area over the sea on stilts. Great views over the sea and ferry port in the evening and the sunrise is amazing. Comfortable, clean room. Very happy with stay.

Lovely island escape

The staff provided excellent and friendly service. The room was in good condition. On the second night, we experienced multiple power outages (which meant no water for periods of time), but they were resolved. Just had to be patient. The terrace is lovely. The sunrise from the sea view room was stunning.
