The villa with a large private swimming pool is ideally located in the heart of the city center, between Pattaya and Jomtien in a residential park.

About 5 minutes by scooter, taxi or tuk tuk, you are at Jomtien Beach, Pattaya or on the famous Walking Street.
Villa tastefully decorated and has a large living room with all the luxury you would expect from a luxury villa, TV, wifi, large furniture and modern kitchen. The villa has 6 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms, all rooms are air conditioned for a pleasant and fresh sleep. The open kitchen is fully equipped with a large fridge, freezer, water stove, rice cooker, toaster, coffee machine and a microwave.
There are sliding doors to the outdoor terrace, with seating and a barbecue area; The terrace has direct access to the fabulous swimming pool.
The garden with palm trees and beautiful flowers is located around the private pool. The size of the pool is 5 x 8 meters with crystal clear water heated by the good weather of Pattaya during the year with its tropical sun.
The residence where the villa is located has its own security, laundry and taxi service. A few minutes from the residence, you will find good restaurants for your breakfast in the morning or a good dinner in the evening.
On arrival we will welcome you at the Villa, beds will be made and towels will be provided during your stay, every 4-5 nights we will compose the beds with clean sheets and new towels.
