The staff is amazing. Always very friendly and helpful. The location is convenient to everything. The room was spacious and clean. The bed was a bit too hard for my liking so they put a foam mattress cover on to help. The pool is large and not too busy. I would like to have thicker cushions on the pool lounge chairs! I was impressed that they changed the covers quite regularly. The internet worked well but on this stay it was not password protected as it has been in past stays. I have stayed here several time and highly recommend Zing Resort and Spa.

I have stayed at this Hotel for around 10 years, the staff are polite and Friendly I highly recommend staying here 10 min walk to the beach bars restaurants and Tuk Tuk everything you need is right on the Zings Doorstep, looking forward to my next vacation

A regular visitor to this hotel. There was a terrible smell from the drains in bathroom which was most unpleasant. Ongoing problem with Zing now over several years. The sewer system needs a major upgrade now ...but will it happen???
