Kick back and enjoy this spacious and airy open floor plan home with plenty of room to relax after a fun day in the sun.

There are two bedrooms with queen beds, and a third room with two twin bunk beds. Each of the bedrooms have large windows, high ceilings and their own AC. There are two bathrooms with showers and hot water.

The kitchen is large and well equipped for cooking with modern appliances and a dishwasher. The kitchen sink has a water filter for drinking water. There is a large dining table for your group to enjoy meals together. Or if you prefer to let someone else do the cooking, we're happy to help arrange some home cooked meals.

The living room is spacious and comfortable with a large sofa
and equipped with board games and a smart TV. There is a high speed fiber optic internet connection for those that need to connect for work or fun. You can keep cool with air conditioning and a ceiling fan. Or, if you prefer to take in the tropical breeze, then step outside and relax in a hammock or rocking chair on the patio.

If you've come to surf, enjoy a quick 5 minute walk to world class surf. There's an outdoor shower, and a board storage rack. Let us know if you'd like a local surf guide or excursions to nearby breaks.

If you've come to fish, we've got an extra chest freezer and a vac sealer so you can easily freeze and take your catch back home (bring your own bags). Let us know if you'd like help arranging a fishing boat.

If you've come to simply have a fun tropical beach vacation with your family, the house comes with a beach umbrella, extra beach towels, family games, a smart TV and lots of space to unwind and relax. Pavones itself has a little something for everyone - surfing, fishing, gorgeous beaches, a gentle river to cool off and explore, amazing wildlife, hikes, waterfalls, a mellow local culture, and a little slice of paradise off the beaten path.
