This 2-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom split level condo is situated within the private gated community of Litchfield By the Sea. Your stay at Sandpiper A-3J will be a beach vacation you will never forget! The entrance to this beach rental brings you into the top main level where you will find all the comforts and conveniences of home. Enjoy your favorite home-cooked meals from the unit's full kitchen, equipped with major appliances and cooking essentials like pots, pans and utensils. Dine at the kitchen bar, in the dining room area, or from your private balcony. Guests will enjoy lounging in the living room area, which features large furnishings, flatscreen television, and complimentary wireless Internet. This unit also features a washer & dryer to handle any laundry needs during your beach vacation. Main floor also includes a half bath. Lower level includes two guest bedrooms. Unit is accessible by elevator and parking is located under the building on the ground floor. 

Sleeping arrangements accommodate up to 5 guests and include:
-Master Bedroom: 1 King bed, attached bath with duel vanity and shower tub combo and private balcony. 
-Guest Room 1: 2 Twin beds and attached bath with shower tub combo.
-Living Room: 1 Sofa bed.

Perfect Vacation

Was pleasantly surprised by this rental! The two levels and huge balconies was so nice. Super clean and had everything we needed. Loved the pool and ease of access to beach.
