Private: property 3'000 m2, trees, meadow, swimming pool angular (6 x 4 m, 28 m2, depth 150 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 15.Oct.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower, table tennis, volleyball, terrace, barbecue (swing), pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: internet access, washing machine. Motor access to the house (800 m via unmade road). Parking on the premises. Shop 5 km, supermarket 7 km, bus stop 6.8 km, pebble beach 25 km.
4-room semi-detached house 140 m2 on 2 levels. Renovated in 2017: living/dining room with 1 double sofabed and satellite TV (flat screen). Exit to the terrace. Open kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Die Bilder täuschen

Zum Pool: Die Fliesen um den Pool sind ausnahmslos kaputt und liegen hohl. Die Verletzungsgefahr ist enorm da einige gerissen sind und sich scharfkantig abgelöst haben. Alle Fugen im Pool sind schwarz vor Schmutz. Der Rand an der Wasseroberfläche ist grünlich verfärbt. Die Stufen sind sehr scharfkantig und teilweise ohne Leisten. Die Beleuchtung im Pool ist defekt. Das Glas ist gerissen und mit Wasser voll gelaufen. Durch ein Unwetter ist der Pflaumenbaum direkt am Pool umgestürzt, er wurde nach mehrfacher Aufforderung nicht beseitigt. Zur Pool-Reinigung ist in 14 Tagen niemand erschienen. Wir haben die Pool-Utensilien völlig verdreckt im Schuppen gefunden so konnten wir wenigstens Chlor auffüllen. Zudem ist alles voll mit Wespen. Nichts ist bepflanzt um die Tiere vom Wasser fern zu halten. Alles ist trocken und unglaublich zugemüllt. Man hätte evtl. Wespenfallen aufstellen können um den guten Willen zu zeigen. Zum Grundstück: In 7 Jahren Kroatien haben wir solch ein wunderbares Grundstück nicht so verwahrlost vorgefunden. Keine Blüte die blüht, kein grün im "Rasen" und der Lavendel ragt vollkommen ausgetrocknet und zugewuchert in den Gehweg rein. Hier ist nichts, aber auch wirklich nichts gepflegt. Es ist lieblos und das ganze macht den Eindruck die Touristen ordentlich auszunehmen aber nichts dafür zu investieren. Zum Haus: Es gibt 6 Schlafplätze und ein Babybett. Mehr nicht! Ein Bad ist nicht zu benutzen, da die Dusche vollkommen defekt ist. Das zweite Bad im Obergeschoss ist ok, jedoch ist die Dusche undicht und komplett geschimmelt. In allen Räumen sind Holzbalken eingezogen in dem der Holzwurm lebt. Die kleinen Kerle sind sehr aktiv. Späne findet man überall und ständig. Betten, Küche, Dusche, es ist alles voll davon. Der Esstisch fällt auseinander, die Küchenschränke sind in einem katastrophalen Zustand. Allerdings ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Klimatisierung ist lediglich in einem Schlafzimmer vorhanden. Der Vermieter wurde über alles in Kenntnis gesetzt. Leider wurde nur wenig direkt in Stand gesetzt. Der Rest wurde versprochen aber nie umgesetzt. Wir sind früher nach Hause gefahren weil es wirklich unzumutbar war.
