Villa Bily in South Kuta

Located in the heart of Bingin, this Uluwatu villa is a spacious 4-bedroom bamboo villa designed for groups, retreats, and families. The property features a large open-air main pavilion, a lagoon-style pool, and generous communal areas, all surrounded by tropical landscaping for a relaxed and natural atmosphere.
The main pavilion includes a wide lounge area with multiple seating spots, a round dining table for group meals, and a fully equipped kitchen with a bar, full-size fridge, wine fridge, blender, and essentials. The swimming pool stretches along the pavilion and is lined with sun loungers, beanbags, and shaded corners.

Accommodation is split into four private bamboo bungalows, each with a king bed, air-conditioning, sliding glass doors, and an ensuite bathroom. Located just a short drive from Bingin, Padang Padang, and Uluwatu’s restaurants and beach clubs, the villa offers comfort, convenience, and a peaceful setting in the Bukit.

Our manager will assist you with any questions or requests that may come up during your stay. He can also assist with the following: scooter/car rental, transportation, massage, and local knowledge and tours. Please do not hesitate to contact him during your stay.

NO OUTSIDE GUESTS OR VENDORS ALLOWED WITHOUT PRE-APPROVAL AND WRITTEN AUTHORIZATION FROM THE OWNER.

We do not allow professional photography or vendors of any kind at Villa Bily without pre-approval and written consent from the owner via Airbnb messaging. If a hired photographer or other vendor arrives to the villa without this consent they will be turned away by security.

VILLA AMENITIES

Housekeeping: Cleaning is provided daily until 4 PM. Linens are changed every 3-4 days as needed, and towels every 2 days.

Filtered Water: A water dispenser is available for unlimited use. Please notify the staff when it needs refilling.

Wi-Fi & Entertainment: High-speed internet is available throughout the villa.

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT

Check-out is at 11:00 AM on the day of departure, no exceptions. Check-in is from 3:00 PM unless there are no prior guests, in which case an earlier check-in may be confirmed one day in advance.

GUEST RESPONSIBILITIES

We are not liable for any injury, death, theft, or damage to personal belongings during your stay or while participating in any sports or tourist activities.

Please supervise young children at all times. If needed, a pool fence can be arranged at an additional charge.

DISCLAIMER

We are not responsible for unexpected events or circumstances beyond our control, such as nearby construction, neighborhood noise, power, water, or Wi-Fi outages, sounds from animals (e.g., roosters or dogs), or music from traditional ceremonies.

PET POLICY

While we love pets, they are not permitted in the villa.

WILDLIFE IN BALI

Please kindly remember that Bali is a tropical island and this villa in particular is authentic to its nature with open living areas. Depending on the season and time of day you may encounter mosquitoes, geckos, snails, ants etc. We provide Baygon in each bedroom, however those particularly sensitive to tropical wildlife might want to consider a different destination.

**Please note that Bali is an island served by a single electricity provider. As a result, occasional power outages may occur and are beyond the host’s control. The property is not equipped with a generator, and we are therefore unable to offer refunds in the event of such interruptions.

Payment & Cancellation Policy
All of our rates are non-refundable. The total cost of your stay is required upon booking. All payments can safely be made by credit card or bank transfer through our online platform by clicking the « book now » button.

Damage Deposit
A damage deposit of IDR 2,000,000 is required upon check-in and will be refunded upon departure after the villa has been inspected by our team.

- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the villa. Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas. A penalty of IDR 3,000,000 will be applied if indoor smoking is detected, in addition to any charges for damages or extra cleaning.
