I recently stayed at Staybridge Pecos, TX September 8-10, 2025 and I was very disappointed with the condition of the property. The cleanliness of the hotel did not meet the standards I have come to expect from IHG hotels.
During my stay, I observed:
stained bedding, unpleasant odors
This experience did not align with the cleanliness and comfort that IHG brands are known for, and it made my stay uncomfortable and unsatisfactory.
I am bringing this to your attention so that it can be addressed immediately, both for the sake of future guests and to ensure the property maintains IHG brand standards. I would also like to request [compensation, points credit, refund, or another resolution you prefer].
