Summary:
This spacious villa with sunny terraces, large pool (10x5m) and outdoor dining area is located in a quiet residential area of Pedreguer (Monte Solana). The main house offers a bright living room, fully equipped kitchen, double bedroom, second room/office with built-in wardrobe and a bathroom. In addition, the two separate flats with kitchen and bathroom offer privacy. Ideal for winter and summer thanks to the gas central heating, pellet fireplace, air conditioning hot/cold in all bedrooms. The minimum age for making reservations is 30 years old. The ID of the contract holder will be requested for verification on the day of check-in.

The Space:
Roof Terrace and large terrace areas around the pool, 5 x 10 m chlor pool, outdoor shower, barbecue, carport for 1 car. Kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, Philips Senseo coffee machine, fridge, oven, two small separate kitchens in each flat. Air conditioning c/w (living room + all bedrooms), gas central heating and pellet fireplace. One large parasol, 4 sun loungers.

Guest Access:
We will contact you approximately one week before your arrival to confirm your arrival time and the address of the house and send you the check-in form. On the day of arrival, we will meet you at the house at the agreed time to show you around.

The Neighborhood:
Very nice sunny residential area in Monte Solana, (mountain area of Pedreguer). Approx. 15 minutes drive to Denia and approx. 8 km to the nearest beach. Both airports (Alicante or Valencia) are only 1 hour drive away.

Other Things to Note:
Bed linen and towels are included in the price. The use of the internet is free of charge. A daily electricity consumption of 17kWh is included in the rental price. Above this consumption will be charged at 0,30€/kWh. In addition, a security deposit of 200 € must be paid.

Optional services:
