Enjoys uninterrupted stunning panoramic views of the Mediterranean sea and beautiful surrounding countryside. Access to the very large terrace from bedroom and the living area. Quiet and private location. A sun worshippers heaven. A very short driving distance to Coral Bay with its exciting nightlife, various bars, restaurants and beach. Paphos centre is 15 minutes drive away. The village is within walking distance with its bars and traditional tavernas.


Marina Hilltop A501: Furnished to a high and modern standard this truly is your home from home. There are two double bedrooms – the master bedroom has a double bed, plenty of wardrobe space (which includes a safe for your valuables) and patio doors leading straight onto the terrace so you can step outside on a morning and enjoy the wonderful scenery. A section of terrace has sails to give an area of shade during the really hot times of the day! The second bedroom has bunk beds consisting of a kingsize bed on the bottom and a single bed on the top. A further comfortable foldaway bed is provided for use in the bedroom or can be set up in the living room. Again there is plenty of wardrobe space. The apartment can accommodate up to 6 people and has air conditioning in both bedrooms and the living area.
The open plan kitchen is well equipped and has generous granite worktops. The living room includes a dining area for formal indoor dining, a TV and DVD player with a selection of films (NB. TV is for use with DVD only and has no incoming channels) and comfortable seating.

Patio doors lead onto the large terrace, which as well as offering stunning views, has a table, 6 chairs, and a gas barbecue for alfresco dining, socialising and relaxing. Sunbeds and loungers are also provided for private sunbathing during the day and for those romantics amongst you, for watching the stars at night, just lean back and enjoy the night sky. All windows have fitted fly screens for your comfort during those hot nights. There is plenty of parking, An outdoor swimming pool just a short walk away and all linen and towels are provided for your convenience. Peyia village has two supermarkets, several tavernas serving excellent food and drink, banks with ATM machines and a typical laid back Greek atmosphere. With Coral Bay and Paphos only a short drive away you can have the best of both worlds, busy days and peaceful nights. Offering many home comforts in a Mediterranean setting this is a perfect base from which to enjoy your holiday in beautiful Cyprus.

Travel towards the Akamas Peninsular to Agios Georgios, Lara Bay (a beautiful conservation area famous for its turtles) and take a picnic, then onwards to Latchi with its clean sandy beach, crystal clear waters and seafront and harbour restaurants. Want to get away from the hustle and bustle then head north by car to Kathikas, Cedar Valley and the Troodos Mountains. Pass through charming small villages, stop for a coffee and admire the beautiful scenery on the way. Troodos offers many interesting walks of varying lengths where you can almost feel like the only people left in the world, high up in the mountains. An excellent highway runs to all corners of Cyprus but the old coast road is the most scenic route – just don’t forget your camera! Ancient sites on this route include Aphrodite's Birthplace and temple as well as the most beautiful views. This is the perfect place to stay, peaceful and tranquil away from the noise of the bars and discos with all the home comforts.

Great value for the money.

We have rented apartments or villas in Cyprus at least on 4 occasions and this rental is I believe the best value for money. It is located on the outskirts of Peyia, a nice little town built on a hill, 30 minutes max from Paphos by car, and 7 or 8 minutes away from the beaches of Coral Bay. It is part of a small and quiet 2 blocs and 4 villas complex which includes a decent size and very clean pool. We used it mainly in the evening aroud 7 pm and often we were the only ones (open from 8 am to 8 pm). As for the apartment itself, it has two bedrooms with very comfortable mattresses, with the master bedrooms opening on the big terrace through a patio door. There were mosquito screens in both bedrooms and in the living room which also opens to the big terrace through a patio door, but we did not need to use the mosquito screens as there were no mosquitoes or even flies during our stay mid-July. There are ACs in all the rooms, very functional and can be easily programmed to run for 1,2,3 or 4 hours at the touch of a button. We bearably used the ACs as we could open both patio doors. The AC is more useful in the smaller bedroom. Plenty of hot water and very good water pressure, no power shortage during our stay even if we had a thunderstorm one night, and decent WIFi (no problems for email, surfing the net, youtube, we did not use it for gaming or streaming Netflix however, but judging by youtube performance, Netflix should be ok). Well equipped kitchen, even a washer, but no dishwasher. We did not mind as there were 3 of us. 2 adults and one 11 years old kid. Tasteful and good quality furniture in the living room with a 32 inches LCD (no cable, but who needs cable on vacation :) The highlight is the big terrace, fully equipped (big round wood table, 5 chairs, sun lounges, gas barbecue, partially shaded). With an unobstructed view of the sea and the Peyia town built on the hill, which looks amazing illuminated at night! We ended up staying in most of the evenings and cooking dinner on the barbecue and enjoying the superb view. And as mentioned, no mosquitoes or lies!!! So yes, it is a great value for money and would warmly recommend it considering the above, the fact that it was very clean as well and the very good communication with the owners.

Un trĂšs bel appartement avec une vue magnifique

Nous avons passé 8 jours trÚs agréables dans ce bel appartement bien équipé, confortable, trÚs propre. Tout est conforme à la description. La terrasse est spacieuse et trÚs pratique avec une partie ombragée et une partie ensoleillée. Nous avons pu y prendre nos petits déjeuners et repas sans problÚme, et aussi nous y détendre. La vue est magnifique sur le village, la montagne et la mer. La piscine est bien exposée au soleil et de belles plages sont accessibles en voiture. Peyia dispose de commerces et de nombreux restaurants ou tavernes et la ville de Paphos n'est pas trÚs éloignée. De nombreux sites touristiques et archéologiques sont à visiter dans la région.

Traumhafte Terrasse

Es war sehr schön. Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht, mehr aber auch nicht. FrĂŒhstĂŒck auf der Terrasse ist ein Traum, lediglich Sonnenschirm und die Sonnenliege könnten mal ausgetauscht werden (durch Witterung verbraucht) Das grĂ¶ĂŸte Problem bestand darin, das GebĂ€ude bei der Anreise im dunklen erstmal zu finden. Die Beschreibung von Matt jedenfalls besser als die per Google Maps von FeWo direkt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Love Peyia

Having stayed in Marina Hilltop twice before (different apartment) we knew the area and facilities well. The location couldn’t be better especially the coastal view from the large balcony. Lovely pool and surroundings which we had to ourselves each time we went there. Loungers, small tables and parasol bases were free to use around the pool. Less than 10 mins drive to Coral Bay beach and strip. A little longer into Paphos. The village tavernas are a 15/20 walk away. The evenings we ate there (we ate in them all, some more than once) ended with nightcaps at the Mill pub. The Mill prices, drinks and cocktail choices were great. Staff and entertainment were also fab. The apartment was mainly as described, however the safe had been locked shut by a previous holiday maker, so was unusable (emailed Matt, who responded immediately). The balcony furniture was a little tired and one lounger was torn, however a variety of chairs, including parasols, were kept in the apartment for use. A barbecue on the balcony looked new. Could have done with more bath and hand towels, but we used the washing machine after a few uses. The kitchen had everything you’d need and was well stocked with all utensils and crockery. A small cool box and plenty of cool blocks were available too. Altogether this was a lovely apartment and would easily accommodate 5 people. We had a fabulous holiday.

Another lovely stay at this beautiful apartment!

This is our 2nd year running stay at this lovely apartment. Couldn't wait to get back here - location is key for us and the amazing views from the large balcony are just amazing, both day and night + a lovely cool breeze in the evenings (we stayed a few weeks ago and Cyprus was experiencing a heatwave!) The apartment is spotlessly clean, modern and fresh and very spacious. We hired a car as it is up in the hills, but only an easy 10 minute drive to the Coral Bay town and shops etc....Lovely quiet area, very peaceful. Would highly recommend this apartment!

Myself and my partner recently stayed at this lovely apartment. We were very familiar with the area, as have holiday there a few times previously. Would definately recommend a hire car. Apartment was spotless, modern well furnished with everything you could need - best bit was the amazing view from the balcony!! Lovely quiet area, very peaceful. A good tip also would be to ensure you stop off at a localy supermarket to buy a few necessities as it is not within easy walking distance of the village. We would definately recommend this apartment, easy communications with Matt & Maria also, which was much appreciated.

A home from home

I cannot fault this property. We had such a great time from the beginning. It was lovely and clean when we arrived and had all of the appliances needed. The area is nice and quiet which makes the ample balcony an absolute dream to relax or have a BBQ on. The location is great, making food shopping or general tourism easy. We will be staying here again so would recommend this to everyone including families, couples and groups. Thanks again.

Comfy apartment with great views

Very comfortable and clean apartment with great views down to the sea. The main bed was very comfy as it had a memory foam topper. Apartment had everything you needed for a great stay. The sun was on the terrace all day and the breeze helped in the heat! Around a 20min walk to Peyia town where there are a selection of bars and traditional restaurants, easy to order a taxi down to Coral Bay.

Lovely apartment in a quiet location.

Excellent accommodation combined with a wonderful view from Sea Caves right down to Paphos. The apartment was very well appointed with everything you need for your stay, be it for a few days or like us for a month. The main thing for me was the bed was comfortable. The balcony is a very good size, larger than most two bedroom apartments. It was well managed by Max who was always available if needed. We will be returning.

We were in that great apartment for one week. It was well furnished and equipped, above all very clean. The huge balcony should be mentioned of course. The barbecue was an nice extra. On our third day tge gas of the bbq was empty, but it was refilled instantly. ThatÂŽs great service. Also some sun umbrellas were available. Really nothing bad to declare. Enough parking space next to our steps. A very clean pool is in front of the second complex about 30metres away. You can enjoy a wonderful vacation in this apartment with quiet surroundings and a beautiful outlook. A car is required, but taxis will bring you to the apartment cheaply if you dont have a desire to drive back from the local bars and clubs in peyja. Hope to get back in his apartment soon. 5 stars

Really beautiful apartment with fabulous terrace

We spent an extremely pleasant 1 week holiday in this apartment. The terrace and the view are 100% remarkable. You can endlessly have breakfast or dinner on it and the possibility to cook on grill (Max just brought a new one) adds more charm. Everything is clean, lots of good quality kitchen utensils, comfortable bedding, new bed linen. No need to use aircoditioner since the breeze coming from the balcony and other windows brings the fresh air. Our family 5 persons can highly recommend this place. We're also very thankful to Max who helped us to check in and was always available for contact by wup and SMS

Fab apartment and holiday

We stayed at this apartment for 16 nights in June. The apartment itself is comfy, spacious, well equipped and very clean with all the usual facilities. The balcony is fantastic and gets the sun all day. For me the fly screens were also an added bonus. Max was a great help, especially when it came down to technical stuff. We had a lovely stay and we hope to return soon.

Sehr nette und großzĂŒgig ausgestattete Wohnung

Die KĂŒchenausstattung ist perfekt - es fehlt an nichts!!! Die Wohnung ist in einer extrem ruhigen Lage, man genießt einen herrlichen Ausblick auf das Meer und ist auf der Terrasse nicht einsehbar. Die Ausstattung auf der Terrasse ist ebenfalls sehr gut - bequeme Sessel und Liegen, Sonnenschirme usw. Es gibt vor dem Haus genĂŒgend ParkplĂ€tze - egal wann man nach Hause kommt. Einziger Kritikpunkt unsererseits ist der Fernseher - es wĂ€re sehr nett, wenn man auch deutsche Programme (wenigstens ein bis zwei) empfangen könnte. FĂŒr 2 Personen ist die Wohnung ein Luxusdomizil - sehr empfehlenswert!

A lovely apartment with a view to die for.

We really enjoyed staying in Matt and Maria's apartment in Upper Peyia. The apartment was clean and comfortable with everything you could need for a relaxing holiday. We spent a lot of time on the terrace which has amazing views over Peyia to the sea. We really appreciated the washing machine and the BBQ is a thoughtful addition. Although the apartment is within walking distance of the village amenities, a car is recommended to be able to appreciate the sights of the Paphos region. A visit to Peyia Tavern, run by Michael is a must if you want to enjoy excellent traditional food. We would definitely like to return to this beautiful apartment.
