We enjoyed our stay,The house is a great size and place for a family and the size of the pool is well worth it, it’s in a good location,Lisa was very quick to deal with my correspondence and kindly provided us with a welcome package. She also bought us some oven gloves going above and beyond,Our issues were mainly down to the furniture and appliances being rather dated, some appliances didn’t work (coffee filter - but we poured the kettle through it), but mostly the upstairs bathrooms had significant limescale build up and deterioration and the master shower didn’t drain properly. And so whilst it was clean the house it needs some renovation.A big thing also was we didn’t have WiFi when we turned up and for 2.5 days and in turn TV because it’s run off the WiFi. This was hard with two young kids and meant we were charged extra for using our phones abroad. Lisa and Felix were responsive and did get it sorted by replacing the (old) router. I feel as though something should’ve been offered for this (we didn’t ask for anything though). All in all it’s a nice place and base for visiting Cyprus
