Paphos is a 10 to 15 minute drive away with its bustling shops, pubs, bars, restaurants and clubs and really has something for everyone! The entrance hall to the property brings you to a large open plan living/dining area with a separate large fully kitchen. The fully equipped kitchen has an extra door to the front of the villa with a small garden and delightful mature fruit trees. The entrance hall also features a useful guest cloakroom/w.c. From the living room there are shuttered patio doors giving easy access to the pool area surrounded by beautifully maintained gardens.
The large private pool is meticulously maintained pool ensuring the water is always crystal clear, and at night features beautiful lighting.
There is a covered lower veranda stretching right across the rear of the villa with a dining table and chairs for 6 people and rattan furniture and a seating area with coffee table and comfortable chairs for four people. Stairs take you to the first floor with 3 double bedrooms.

The large living room is immaculately furnished with a dining table and chairs for 6 people. There are also 3 beautiful Italian leather sofas, 2 x 2 seater and 1 x 3 seater. In the living room there is a brand new state of the art 48 inch, curved screen Samsung smart TV giving both HD and 3D viewing. There is fast WiFi internet access throughout the whole Villa and TV has hundreds (literally) of TV channels, including all UK terrestrial and all Sky and Sky sports channels. In addition there is a unique movie channel showing movies newly released and showing in UK cinemas, kids TV and live UK and European sports channels including any game being broadcast live by Sky. Other users can use their play stations, tablets and iPads simultaneously throughout the entire property and we are delighted to be able to say that this is FREE OF CHARGE and included in the rental price. There is a fair usage policy in terms of electricity and this depends on the time of year and length of stay. As an indication the price per week will include âŹ15 of power and water with anything over and above that incurring a charge, your meter will be read after seven days (for two week bookings) so that you can gauge your electricity use. Unless you run the a/c 24/7 it is unlikely you will exceed this.
Finally for your security we have installed a state of the art GSM alarm system to protect your valuables whilst you are away from the Villa during the day or at night. Should the alarm be triggered our management company receive a text and are minutes away to confirm all is well. In addition there is an easy to use high security wall mounted safe to protect your valuables, passports and other precious items.
