Lux villa Sunrise, 5 bedroom, on the first line. The layout of the living room is open-plan with large opening windows and sea views. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need, the dining area has a large glass table with 8 chairs. The living room has a comfortable large sofa and a glass coffee table, a large flat-screen TV with satellite channels, air conditioning, a fan lamp and a strong Wi-Fi signal throughout the villa. A few steps from the living room is a bedroom with two single beds, air conditioning. Large built-in wardrobe in the hallway and a separate bathroom with shower, sink and toilet.
Downstairs, on the lower floor, there is a spacious bedroom with a double bed, a baby cot and a sofa with armchairs with a coffee table. Side door, leads to the patio and pool area.
On the upper floor there are three bedrooms, all with air conditioning and fan lamps, built-in wardrobes and a balcony with a beautiful panoramic view of the sea. The master bedroom has a large double bed with a toilet. The second bedroom has a double bed. The third bedroom has two single beds. On the floor there is a shared bathroom with a bath and toilet.
Near the pool there is a spacious area for relaxing and sunbathing. Swimming pool with heated water and fountains. Barbecue area. From the villa you can go down to the walking area under the villa and swim in the sea. Go to the sand stone, we recommend special water slippers.

The villa has free internet access.
Electricity is paid separately by the meter at 0.3 cents per KWat (in cash).
The pool heating is electric, so you just pay for the electricity.
In winter, if necessary, the heating of the house is paid separately 25 euros per day.
A refundable deposit of 1000 euros is paid upon arrival in cash.
No pets allowed.
Smoking is strictly prohibited in the villa. Only on the street. Fine of 1000 euros
For the duration of your stay, we provide towels (bath, hand, beach), as well as bed linen.
If you accidentally break glasses or plates during your stay, please buy a similar one.
Please take out the garbage once a day and do not feed street cats because they get ants.
