Residence of the 70s, quiet and sunny 4 floors, offering beautiful views. Communal parking not covered free against the bottom of the residence but without direct access. Access to the building is via stairs. The slopes are approximately 200 meters away and the shops are nearby (sports shops and mini market).

21m² studio for 2/4 persons, exposed south with nice view, sun and balcony.
There is an entrance with bunk beds separated of the main room by a curtain, a shower room with toilets, a living with kitchenette and sofabed.

Equipments : Fridge, microwaves, electric hobs. Television.
Rented with a ski locker.

Sleeps : 1 set of bunk beds (recommended for children, only from 6 years old), 1 sofabed

Free outdoor public parking nearby. No reservation possible.

Good to know : Sheets are provided and delivered to the apartment for stays of 7 nights in winter (excluding summer and short stays). Towels can be ordered at an additional cost.
You can book your lift passes, your ski equipment and your ski lessons at special prices.
You will collect the services ordered upon arrival at the agency.
A deposit must be paid by credit cart at your arriving. It will be not possible to pick up the key without the paiement of this deposit.
End of stay cleaning not included.

INFORMATION: the furniture must not be moved under any circumstances. Fabric covers should not be removed from beds and left clean, beds should be undone properly with duvets folded and placed at the foot of each bed. Any breach of these instructions will be invoiced on deposit: 10 € per bed, 25 € per missing mattress, 300 € for the replacement of the furniture.
NO SMOKING apartment: billing for smell of 300 € for cleaning all fabrics
