Apartment of 40m ², located on the 2nd floor without elevator (entry level 1) in a quiet residence Plan Peisey at about 200m of the shops and elss tant 100m from the slopes.
Rented for 6 people maximum, it is composed of an entrance, a bedroom with 2 sets of 2 bunk beds, a bathroom with washing machine and separate toilet, a separate kitchen overlooking a dining area that can accommodate 6 people comfortably. The living room is equipped with a set of pull-out beds and open on a balcony.
The apartment is south-west facing and the balcony offers a beautiful unobstructed view over the mountains and the valley.

Sleeps: 2x2 bunk beds (recommended fro children, only from 6 years old), 1 set of pull-out beds

Good to know : Sheets are provided and delivered to the apartment for stays of 7 nights in winter (excluding summer and short stays). Towels can be ordered at an additional cost.
You can book your lift passes, your ski equipment and your ski lessons at special prices.
You will collect the services ordered upon arrival at the agency.
A deposit must be paid by credit cart at your arriving. It will be not possible to pick up the key without the paiement of this deposit.
End of stay cleaning not included.

INFORMATION: the furniture must not be moved under any circumstances. Fabric covers should not be removed from beds and left clean, beds should be undone properly with duvets folded and placed at the foot of each bed. Any breach of these instructions will be invoiced on deposit: 10 € per bed, 25 € per missing mattress, 300 € for the replacement of the furniture.
NO SMOKING apartment: billing for smell of 300 € for cleaning all fabrics
