Hotel is located in a beautiful location, really nice estate. We have been here a couple of times, but this was now the last time: room was sloppy cleaned (dirt in the corners and on the carpet), public toilet was disgusting (floor was so sticky), breakfast: no bread left neither refilled, we had to share one glass as no fresh glasses were provided for more than one hour, small service team seemed to be overwhelmed by number of guests. The website promises a sun terrace which was sealed without explanation. Note, there is only one outdoor swimming pool, the other one seems to be permanently closed. Our feedback was noted at check out without any visible reaction.

Das Hotel ist sehr ruhig gelegen, sauber und schön eingerichtet. Die Auswahl beim FrĂŒhstĂŒcksbĂŒffet war klein aber mit regionalen Produkten. Der Service war mehr als schlecht. Aufgrund einer Feier waren jegliche Annehmlichkeiten im Hotel geschlossen. Wir wurden erst einen Tag vor Ankunft darĂŒber informiert und haben troz Nachfrage keine EntschĂ€digung erhalten. Bei diesem Standard des Hotels hĂ€tten wir deutlich mehr erwartet. Aufgrund des schlechten Service wĂŒrden wir keinen zweiten Aufenthalt buchen.

Wonderful stay we got an upgrade at the relais sant Ufficio because of the bad weather we enjoyed our stay the spa the pool and the services all was really really nice we loved to come back

Wir kommen wieder

Das Hotel wird vom 100 m weiter liegenden wundervollen Relais Sant’Uffizio Wellness & SPA Hotel bewirtschaftet. Man frĂŒhstĂŒckt dort und nutzt die Einrichtungen. Wir haben je eine Nacht in beiden Hotels verbracht, da im San‘t Uffizio keine zweite Nacht buchbar war. Es hat alles hervorragend geklappt. Man hat unsere Koffer ins Zimmer umgezogen und wir mussten uns um nichts kĂŒmmern. Die Zimmer und Lage sind sehr gut, ruhig und absolut empfehlenswert.

Spa magique et dépaysement assuré!

Bel hĂŽtel, entourĂ© de vignobles et situĂ© dans un endroit trĂšs calme. Chambre moderne, spacieuse et propre. Minibar offert et renouvelĂ© chaque jour pendant le sĂ©jour. Personnel souriant. Petit-dĂ©jeuner buffet copieux et variĂ©. Le spa et la piscine intĂ©rieure Ă©taient tout simplement exceptionnels! La cuisine du Bistrot Sant’Uffizio Ă©tait excellente. A noter que la Casa Munfra est lĂ©gĂšrement excentrĂ© et Ă  5min Ă  pied du Relais Sant’Uffizio oĂč se trouvent les piscines, spa, restaurants etc. Malheureusement nous sommes arrivĂ©s Ă  l’hĂŽtel juste aprĂšs une tempĂȘte et la connexion internet et Wifi Ă©taient hors service et aucune solution nous a Ă©tĂ© proposĂ©e pendant le sĂ©jour.

Fantastic experience - warm recommendations

Fantastic stay at this hotel! Everything was perfect - the room, service, location, breakfast and overall hospitality. It is a great benefit that casa Munfra belongs to the Relais estate so you can benefit the tennis court, spa & wellnes, pool and restaurant. We really appreciated the wine yard recommendations and support to book restaurants.

Vi bodde i Casa mufra. Fattade inte nÀr jag bokade att det lÄg 200 m ifrÄn huvudbyggnaden. I vÄrt hus fanns bara rum o gym. Men stÀllet va jÀtte harmoniskt o mysigt. Poolen va fin. Maten jÀtte bra.
