Lovely home in La Fortuna

The location was great---quiet neighborhood, but walking distance to a small supermarket. lovely outdoor space. Basic kitchen had everything we needed. Owner was very responsive and helpful if we had any questions. One tip: I would map it to Restaurante Abigail and use waze app when trying to find it. the house is just down the road from the restaurant, which is next to the Super el abuelo (sometimes hard to find on map app).

Fabulous outdoor space
Posted Jan. 29, 2024 on HomeAwayAbsolutely fabulous property - we so enjoyed the outdoor patio, charcoal bbq, calming sounds of the running river and the hammock. Check in was simple - we received a message that indicated we could check in early. Kitchen had everything we needed. We did wish the water would have been hotter for showers and dishes. We would highly recommend this home in a great location and a fabulous front yard and backyard living space.

This place was excellent place for our family of 4. There was a really comfortable outdoor space and a path that lead to the river. We enjoyed so much of our family time at the backyard playing board game and listening to the river/birds. Highly recommend this place and will definitely visit again in the future when we visit La Fortuna.

Posted Dec. 21, 2023 on HomeAwayThe property is amazing, 15 minutes to downtown La Fortuna. It was a bit further out to do some of the activities. Owner is very nice and helpful. We enjoyed our stay and the backyard is amazing to relax at the end of the day.

Peaceful getaway!

Sloth!
Posted Aug. 24, 2023 on HomeAwayThe highlight of our stay was the landscaping and backyard that is bordered by a river. There was a sloth in a tree in the backyard on our second day there. Dinorah was friendly and easy to communicate with.

Posted Jun. 12, 2023 on HomeAwayThis was our second time staying here. It is a beautiful little home. The home is super clean and a perfect location for those wanting to get some rest but only be a few minutes from the happenings of La Fortuna. The host is wonderful.
