The home features comfortable beds with quality bedding, inviting living areas, and plenty of room to relax after a day of exploring. Whether you’re in town for the rodeo, a weekend getaway, or an extended stay, this house offers the ideal blend of old-world character and everyday convenience. Walk everywhere, enjoy the neighborhood’s timeless appeal, and settle into a home that feels cozy, authentic, and effortlessly comfortable—your perfect home base for experiencing North Hill and all it has to offer. This is a historic neighborhood, and homes are fairly close together. There is plenty of street parking—please park either on 9th Street along the side of the home or directly in front on Bailey Avenue.

There is another completely separate unit in this home. Guests are expected to be quiet and respectful, especially during quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM, and to be mindful of neighbors at all times.

No unregistered guests are allowed in the home at any time. If you’re looking for a place to host family gatherings or visitors, this home will not be a good fit.

We loved our stay here! The house was spacious, pleasant, clean, and well equipped. The beds were comfortable which is important to me! The location was perfect for us and we were able to walk to almost everywhere we wanted to go. Check in was straightforward and there was great communication with our host. I think this property will only continue to improve as the owner continues to renovate. We would definitely stay here again on a future trip to Pendleton.
