LOCATION:200 m from the beach (IN A MOUNTAIN AREA) and with frontal views of the beach and the castle and 300 meters from the center.

COMPOSITION:It consists of a living-dining room with a double sofa bed, 2 double bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with two single beds), 1 single bedroom, kitchen with ceramic hob, dishwasher, microwave and washing machine, full bathroom with bathtub and terrace. Air conditioning in the living room. All with TV and Wi-Fi.

AMENITIES IN THE APARTMENT:Elevator. Seasonal swimming pool for adults and children (from June 15 to September 15, changes subject to the community of neighbors) and playground. 1 parking space/apartment included.

INCLUDED IN THE PRICE:Equipment (except towels), water, gas, electricity, entry and exit cleaning, use of the pool and parking

NOT INCLUDED:Towels for rent (25€ set of 5 shower towels, direct payment in cash). Cots for rent (7€/day direct payment). Extra bed for rent (7€/day direct payment).

PETS:One (1) pet allowed, supplement for the entire stay of €50

Nous avons téléphoné le jour mêle pour prévenir que notre train arrivant à 23h45 nous ne serions pas q, l appartement avant minuit, la personne au téléphone me dit qu il n y a pas de soucis et qu il m envoi un code par mail que je recois. À minuit et demi personne le code ne fonctionne pas c'est un code q, 5 chiffres les boîtiers n'ont n'ont que 4. Nous passons 2h à faire tous, les boîtiers de la résidence et à devenir fous. À 2h30 du matin nous descendons à l agence évidemment fermée. Il y a un numéro d urgence j appelle 200 fois personne. Je suis, seule avec 4 enfants un chien et plein de bagages. Désespérée je trouve un type de la guardia civile qui nous emmène à, pied faire le tour des hôtels de peniscola mais un 1er août à, 3 h du matin ils sont tous fermés ou complet. Nous avons finis épuisés sur la plage à 4h du matin à attendre 9h que l agence ouvre. Pas un excuse rien. 1 trousseau de clés pour 7 personnes ( 2 amis, de les enfants nous rejoignaient. Clés qui ne ferment pas à clés. Literie defoncée, chambre qui ne ferme pas, miroir cassé et ne tenant sud par l opération du saint esprit ds la chambre. Des draps pour 5 pas pour 7. Et une agence avec un service inexistant. Heureusement que la vie est belle.
