Just a stone’s throw from the region’s renowned wine trail and picturesque hiking paths, it’s the perfect getaway for wine aficionados and nature lovers alike.
East Bluff Harbor Marina for kayak, canoe, paddle, pontoon & bow-rider boat rentals & slips is within a 5-minute walk from the Overlook. Keuka State Park, with a sandy beach for swimming, is only 3 miles away. In winter, ski at Bristol Mountain just 30 minutes away.
Convenient to downtown Penn Yan, shop local artisans, enjoy Seneca Ice Cream, craft beer, wineries, & distilleries & enjoy restaurants located both in town & along the shoreline, also accessible by boat.

Everything was excellent. All bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, living areas as listed. Fireplace in main living area not working yet. Owner did work with us and should have it repaired later in January. The kids had a great time! Loved the bunk bed room, air hockey table, hot tub, able to sled down the hill in front yard. Saw lots of deer out back every morning. Everything was clean. Had all the dishes, supplies needed to make a few meals. Large open living space on main floor which was great for hanging out with the family, playing games, etc. Nice quiet log cabin winter retreat! Exactly what we were looking for and made it easy to explore several surrounding areas! Thank you!

We really wish we had known in advance that the living room fireplace wasn't working. This was the number one amenity we looked for and it was very disappointing. The hot tub was nice and with 2 bedrooms in the basement, we had space to spread out.

Loved the cabin and property, the grandkids had so much fun exploring outside! We did not use the hot tub or even spend much time at the cabin as our daughter got married at Crispin Hill and we were super busy running the whole weekend. Would definitely stay again!

Keuka Lake Family Vacation

The cabin was perfect for our family. Check-in was easy and the cabin was clean and well appointed for our week up at the Finger Lakes. The property was well maintained and quiet. A small family of deer hung out in the backyard nightly and the hot tub was great. Watkins Glen was our favorite excursion. We also did day trips to Niagara Falls, Ithaca, Seneca Falls and our cabin was a great home base. Hanging around Penn Yan and Keuka Lake was fun, too. I didn’t have a need to contact the owner because everything was working and as advertised. Highly recommend!

Great as usual

This is our third year staying here. We keep coming back because it meets our needs well and the location is perfect. Roomy, well equipped, comfortable, and always clean. I’ll admit the TV is a challenge to operate, but the instructions in the welcoming book help. Penn Yan is a beautiful old city that’s enjoying an influx of tourists and new home owners which means there are lots of restaurants and stores worth visiting. Keuka College is less than 2 miles away. A marina is only a few steps away and offers boat rentals. We look forward to staying here again next time. Mike quickly responds to calls, although we seldom need to contact him.

Girls weekend

Great location; clean and comfortable. The kitchen is very well stocked. We have been coming to this property since 2012 and it never disappoints. The property is beautiful and very private. The property owner is very responsive. The open floor plan of the house is great. Whether you are in the family room, dining room or out on the back deck with the hot tub you will never miss a conversation which is what this group loves. We are now able to bring our adult daughters making this a next gen place to come too. I can't say enough good things about the property. You will not be disappointed.

Nice place.

Overlook cabin in general was a very nice place for our vacation in the Finger Lakes region with friends. When we get together with our friends annually from Pennsylvania we enjoy grilling out during a couple of evenings. Biggest disappointment, what was provided for grilling there was no way we would use. Otherwise everything else was fine.

Keuka Reunion 45

While we found the house was immaculately clean and clear instructions were provided for all appliances and other similar items. We would make several suggestions: 1. The house was difficult to find. It sits away from the road and the number was not visible. We were glad we were not arriving after dark. 2. The kitchen is minimally equipped. Be sure to bring your own micro waveable dishes if they will be needed as well as saran wrap, aluminum foil, chip clips and other items of that nature that might be needed. 3. The furnishings could use some real upgrading - especially the living room. We did indeed have a good time and I would not hesitate in recommending this location.

Wonderful Lake Adjacent Escape!

What a great property!! Spacious, comfortable home with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, full kitchen, front porch, back deck, and hot tub! We loved having our morning coffee on the front porch with a view of Keuka Lake and relaxing in the hot tub after a long day of sightseeing. Great location!
