This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom, 1242 square foot condo is perfect for a relaxing vacation. This condo is located on the 10th floor of Tristan Towers. The corner condo gives you a 430 sq foot wrap-around balcony with stunning views of the Gulf of Mexico and the Pensacola Bay. You will not see a better sunset than from the west facing balcony.

The condo has comfy furniture and a dining table that will seat six, with a smaller bar for two, perfect for two couples, families, or friends. The master suite has a king-size bed, en suite bathroom, and plenty of closet space. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed with access to the balcony. This unit also has a queen sofa bed allowing this unit to sleep 6 people.

We absolutely loved our stay at Sunset Escape! The home is gorgeous and the amenities are perfect. My kids really enjoyed the lily pad and the game room. I loved the kitchen (with everything you need!) and the sun room. We enjoyed lounging on the dock and watching the sunset. The kayaks were also such a great addition, with all the various sizes of life jackets available as well. It was such a great vacation escape and we will definitely be back!

The only thing nice about this Condo is the view. It is old and outdated. In dire need of repair. The washing machine didn't spin. The oven didn't heat properly. The blinds fell off the wall and were missing screws. We touched a door knob and it fell off. The wash clothes and kitchen towels were stained. The floors were not and have not been washed in a very long time. Turned our feet black. The balcony wasn't swept. The windows were very dirty. Clearly a very neglected Condo. The grounds were beautiful. The bldg itself was very nice. The elevators were very quick.The pool was very nice. The walk to the beach fine. We stayed in 10B. You do not want me to share the photos I took. I would not think this Condo in its current condition would meet Vrbos standard.
