An amazing contemporary home located directly across the street from the Gulf of Mexico. Amazing views from both large, tiled decks. Three bedrooms and three full bathrooms. The master is located on the top level, has a king bed, twin pull out sofa with private bath with twin sinks, walk-in shower and jet tub, and very large walk-in closet. The second bedroom is located on the main floor with a king bed and full private bath. The third bedroom has bunk beds with a twin on top , full sized mattress and pull out twin. . There are also 3 queen sleeper sofas in the main room. The kitchen has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, large bar with 4 chair seating area and dining room table for 8. smart TV in living room, TV's in all bedrooms. 2nd floor sunset deck over-looks private pool. Easy access to the beach! Beach chairs, umbrellas , floats and a variety of beach toys and beach wagon , adult bicycles , 2 children bicycles , helmets and 2 paddle boards and 1 surfboard all available at no charge ! Pets are welcome: big dogs, little dogs, and cats. The backyard is enclosed with a privacy fence and all decks security gate. The fee is $ 175 for the first pet and $100 for each additional pet. We do not charge for wedding, birthday or any events you may like to have. This is a nonsmoking house, smoking is permitted only in pool area. Even Better than Advertised!My wife and I stayed here with one adult son and four teenagers on Spring Break, and everyone agreed that it was even better than expected. The house highlights for us were: (1) heated pool (the ocean was a little too cold for swimming - even for the kids!!) (2) elevator for our senior dog so she didn’t have to use the stairs at all!!! (3) located one easy block from the beach!! (4) more than enough bikes and pool toys to keep everyone entertained, (5) views and sounds of the ocean from the two front balconies, and (6) open floor plan that was spacious enough for “together time” that didn’t feel too crowded! We would definitely stay again.

We absolutely loved our stay! Lynn and Elizabeth make sure our every need was met. They were so welcoming and everything was clean and smelled wonderful. The location is perfect, and the beach house itself is absolutely perfect. You have everything you could possibly need including a private pool and three separate balconies to sit and enjoy breathtaking views. I couldn’t resist the urge to make an “MTV Cribs” style video of the property!!!

Our family had the most wonderful vacation week at the Sunshine Beach House! We had clear communication with the hosts prior to our stay and throughout. Our check-in process was a breeze. We were extra grateful for the option of heat for the pool as the first couple days of our stay were overcast/breezy, and this allowed us to still enjoy the outdoors! There were lots of seating options outside, including lounge chairs and a full dining table! The yard was completely fenced in with plenty of space that our pup enjoyed! The spacious decks off the main living space were well furnished and we enjoyed morning coffee out there! The kitchen had everything we needed and more to make a few meals, and plenty of storage space for items we brought. The hosts also provided plenty of extra “basics” that we’ve become accustomed to bringing along (since many rentals don’t provide or only one of certain things) such as trash bags, toilet paper, dishwasher pods, dish soap/sponge, etc. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of linens and towels provided. The sofas in the living room even pulled out to make extra beds! Powerful fans in the bedrooms kept us comfortable and provided soft white noise. Lovely little “hotel style” toiletries in the bathrooms were a welcoming touch as well. The elevator was amazing for loading/unloading our belongings and bringing up groceries! Easy walk to the beach and views of the ocean from all the front rooms! We hope to stay here again in the future!

The property was as described in the description with VRBO. Very clean and well taken care of. Living room and terrace furniture was updated. This place is beautiful and relaxing. It's everything I wanted it to be. The host, Elizabeth, was very nice. I arrived a little earlier and got the pleasure of meeting her. You could not ask for a better host. Beach view was awesome and the pool area was tropical and relaxing. I give it 10 out of a 10. Elizabeth, thank you for sharing this lovely house for visitors.

GREAT Location

House is lovely. Pool was excellent to have and the water chairs were even better. You could spend all day on the front porches looking at the water and the access to the beach could not have been closer and easier to get to. We had a great stay and the owners are very responsive and easy to work with!

BEST beach house!

My husband and I and our 6 kids just returned from our spring break vacation to this property. We had an amazing stay at this beach house! The owner/property manager, Elizabeth, went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, making the experience truly exceptional. The home itself is top-notch—every accommodation is high quality, and the house is stocked with everything you could possibly need.There are tons of games and beach toys to keep the whole family entertained, whether you’re taking a break from the sun or waiting out a rainy day. The pool heater was perfectly adjusted to our preference, and they were incredibly accommodating in making sure everything was just right for us.What truly set this rental apart was the level of care and assistance we received. When my daughter suffered severe sunburn, they helped us locate an urgent care facility immediately, which was a huge relief. Their kindness and responsiveness meant so much to us.The location is unbeatable—right across the street from a stunning, clean beach. Access is incredibly easy, and while the beach is breathtaking, the house itself is so comfortable and beautiful that you may not even want to leave!I would highly recommend this rental to anyone looking for a peaceful, clean, and beautiful beach getaway. 10/10 EXCELLENT!!

Wonderful Thanksgiving

What an amazing thanksgiving on the beach! From booking online through the checkout process, everything was perfect. Lynn was wonderful to work with and the house was just as described. Fully stocked with whatever you can imagine that you would need. Clean, quiet, peaceful and the perfect location. We enjoyed the beach and the pool equally, along with all three patios that were perfect for morning coffee and late night relaxation. Definitely planning on staying there again!

Great Family Vacation

The five of us and our dog loved this property and location. Of course, we loved having a private pool and having easy access to the beach. The garden area was perfect for all of us and our dog loved lounging outside. The most convenient was having an elevator for our 24-yr old who is in a power wheelchair.

There is a reason this property is rated exceptional. The location is perfect, the views are beautiful and all communication with the owner was easy and quick. The home is as described with a fully stocked kitchen and lots of beach and pool toys. My grandkids loved it all!

Incredible Stay

Family and friends stay for the Blue Angels Airshow, could not ask for anything more. This home is in a perfect location. The house is immaculate in all aspects, cleanliness, amenities, views, well stocked kitchen, beach gear, umbrellas, bikes, cornhole, outdoor grill - just everything with all less than a minute walk across the street to the beach. We prepared a lot of food, had everything we needed. Elizabeth answered our few questions immediately and is a super approachable host. We will most definitely be back.10+

Beautiful pool!

Property was clean and well stocked. Check in and out was super easy. The beach is very close by. The pool was amazing and the closet stocked with all of your beach supplies was outstanding. Just be aware that the upstairs bedroom is a loft which makes it difficult to hide any noise from downstairs and visa versa. Bunk room is very small.
