Hosted by @bonadventuresllc, this 4 BD/3BA (plus outdoor shower!) sleeps 11, is steps to beach, has a miniature golf course in the backyard, and comes with stand-up paddleboards! Enjoy your island getaway just a 3-minute stroll from the beach and a quick 1.5 mile bike ride from the shops and restaurants of downtown Pensacola Beach! This dog-friendly home boasts a fenced yard with lots of unexpected extras – miniature golf holes in the backyard, stand-up paddleboards, bicycles, and more! Pensacola Beach is long and skinny -- where you'll be staying it is only 7 houses wide. This means you have easy access to the popular Gulf side (think "surf" and "boogie boards") or the more tranquil Sound side (think "stand-up paddleboards" off Baby Beach)!

We've been in your shoes! We have four children (now grown and having babies of their own!), but remember all-too-well how it feels to be financially-drained after taking your bunch to the beach -- the endless list of small expenditures for standup paddleboards, boogie boards, beach chairs, tents, coolers, bikes, etc. ... they all add-up ... and fast! That's why we've tried to think of everything you'd want and are genuinely thrilled to provide them for your use!

Enjoy the view of the Gulf or sound from the private decks in the front and back of the house, perfect for catching breathtaking sunsets, sunrises, and starlit nights. The fenced yard will be your place for relaxation entertainment, featuring a gas BBQ grill, miniature golf holes, hammocks, a cozy fire pit surrounded by Adirondack chairs, a picnic table for alfresco dining, and a wide selection of outdoor games to keep your entire crew thoroughly entertained.

Inside, you'll find a well-appointed kitchen fully-equipped for culinary endeavors, complete with all the essentials from pots and pans to a blender and crockpot. Enjoy the convenience of a full-sized refrigerator/freezer, while the smart TV and WiFi ensure your entertainment (and, just in case, work) needs are met. For added comfort, the main bedroom boasts an ensuite bathroom with a tub/shower combo, while an ample supply of linens is provided throughout the home. Additional amenities also include a Pack 'n Play and highchair. Laundry facilities are conveniently located downstairs for your convenience.

Your well-behaved dogs (grading on a curve here...) are welcome to join your escape to the beach for a small additional cleaning/pet fee, with no size limit. Please be mindful of our following guests, though, and ensure they are kenneled when left alone, kept off the furniture, and picked-up after they do their thing in the yard so the next guests' barefoot children don't find your colliebombs. (Please bring dog-waste bags, but we’ll try to supply some, too.)

No matter your age, your pulse will quicken as you watch the Blue Angels practice (or perform – check their schedule online) along the beach or witness the endless parade of our great nation’s amazing military aircraft passing just off-shore along the beach! Oh, and DO NOT forget to go to the Naval Air Station Museum! (Hey, you need at least one day out of the sun, right???)

Access to the property is granted via a unique, programmed door code, and parking is available for up to six cars in the driveway.
